Great experience! People was nice and place was accessible to everything around.

Stayed 5 days and they never changed the sheets , my girl friends lipstick was on the sheets from the first night until the day we checked out. The room is catfish looks nothing as comfortable as the pictures show they need to remodel , the ppl for the most part i can say are nice but very sarcastic .... we also came back into the hotel room and my girlfriends underwear was folded neatly on the bed and my underwear was thrown in the corner .... guessing house keeping has some pervs ... none of this is made up ... go book it and see for your self enjoy

Business trip, not able to enjoy the facilities. Have been there several times, always good experience.

I stood there from May 3-7 of 2018. There was no room service, no robes, air conditioning was loud, I added breakfast to my reservation and they told me it wasn't included, you have to call down for your rental they took forever each time to bring the car overall a waste of money I have no idea why it's called a resort only plus was the breakfast we paid for and the pool size.

The staff was great. Very helpful. The breakfast was delicious

It was alright. The facility is old . the beds could use an upgrade.

The hotel was in a good spot. The view was great from the top floor. Overall it’s good enough to stay at. There could be some adjustments but I would recommend this place,

Terrible elevators lead to huge congestion. The happy hour wings are fine but the calamari and croquettes are not. The beds are not great. There are no restaurants within walking distance outside of the hotel.

dated, old elevators, no balconies and $32 valet parking that place was not forthcoming about

Staff was rude .There was a group who decided to party out by the pool with loud music and noise until 3:30 am, had to call the front desk and not much was done. No sleep for the rest of

Great hotel I loved everything about it from the pool to the beach right behind the pool the staff was great gave us some great places to go have fun and eat to just chillen in the hotel for drinks and food

Requested mini fridge 3 times before we received it, room was similar to a budget motel, not a nice hotel. Outside amenities were nice (beach access was great) but expensive. Parking was entirely too expensive. Add at least $100/ night to listed price to determine what the per night stay will actually cost between parking, breakfast and amenities.

Restaurant pricey. No refrigerator or microwave. Love being right on beach and perfect area for our boat experience in the Bay. Toilets could be little higher. Overall stay awesome

Overall good stay , they are remodeling right now and that was not disclosed

I regret not taking photos because you’re probably reading this review and thinking that I’m going along with what most others are stating. However it is true. This hotel is dated and needs a facelift starting from the 2nd floor up. The lobby is beautiful and they only drawback is the filthy, cloudy windows that you’re supposed to look out of to see the massive beach view that the price tag is covering. We were given a room on the 16th floor (I think as we literally only stayed an hour max). The room was old! The carpet was wet. The fixtures were reminiscent Italy but gold was turning and fading or chipped. The bathroom, after getting past there being a different wall color in each section of the room, was dull. The shower was really small. The commode was barely off of the ground. My knees ached sitting down and standing up. The tiles were chipped and cracked in the bathroom as well. The window sills were dirty like they hadn’t been cleaned. This would not matter in a regular room but this room was on the beach. You’re supposed to look out of the windows! The concierge and hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful. I was offered a full refund which I accepted and booked a room at the Hilton Blue Lagoon. Similar rates for a king suite. Not near the beach but airport and we were beyond pleased. Do not waste your money if you’re booking based on name and pictures. I’d youre looking for someplace to sleep while you party and enjoy the city then stay here. If not, keep looking

Should be completely renovated urgently. Old, Order, losest.

The hotel is too much regarding his facilities. Not recommended at all

Don’t listen to the reviews that say this hotel is bad. It’s a very good place to stay. And I saved hundreds.

it’s a beachfront hotel, close to south beach and downtown.
