Miami Beach Resort

3.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

The hotel was in fairly poor condition, but they were going through a renovation, so I'm hoping that once the construction is done it'll be a fair hotel to stay at. The biggest disappointment were the elevators, while there were 3 elevators working, one was most utilized by the construction staff, the other two could sometimes take 10 minutes before the elevator would arrive. The TVs were the old CRT screens and the amenities in the room were lacking.

Nice hotel but a little old. Great location and rate

Nice Hotel Close to South beach but must walk, clean rooms and large rooms, kind of a resort hotel, great breakfast

When we arrived we were told that we would have to wait to check in as our room wouldn’t be ready for several hours. However, they offered us the option to pay $79 for an early check in. We are senior citizens and were tired after a long flight so we agreed (reluctantly) to pay the additional fee. The room they took us to smelled so badly my wife wanted to vomit. I went back to the reception and the check in staff gave us another room on a different floor, so clearly there were other rooms available. The second room was marginally better but it was very shabby and run down. It wasn’t “dirty” per se, but the paintwork was all chipped and the window frames were rusty. The TV was an old tube model from the 70’s. The entrance to the hotel and the reception area looked nice but the rooms and the check in service was dire...

No parking to vehicles available. A charge for parking is required.

Close to the beach, but hotel could use some major updating.

They need to renovate the rooms. Shower was horrible. I don’t know if it was just my room but the shower in my freinds room was perfect. The bed was really comfy though.......I would stay their again but not at the price I paid.

nice hotel with a great view; hotel staff was very friendly

Our stay was wonderful. The place was clean and nice.

Front desk was welcoming and room was ready as soon as we arrived. However, the room we stayed in was very outdated and needed to be renovated. Beds weren’t very comfortable and bathroom was did not have enough lighting. View from our room was a perfect oceanfront. I recommend staying in one of the upgraded rooms next time. Overall location was great and right near all the popular restaurants and clubs.

Hotel is close to the beach ,but old and our room was leaking from the A/C.

Noisy, staff can barely understand English, entire hotel needs updates (hotel does not look like the pictures), you have to pay extra for a microwave and fridge

Only minus is the pool. It looks very very old. Wish the can do remodeling.

The hotel is nice, but could be amazing if the owner was willing to put more money into it. It is right on the beach and the pool area is nice if you don't want the ocean. The restaurant food is really good.

beds are uncomfortable and everything is out dated, room and hotel had a funky smell. Staff wasn't very friendly. Only plus side was the location...

Hotel is fallen mg down in pieces. It’s is really out of date . Staff is really rude.

Staff was overall not friendly. Outside patio staff was the nicest. Front desk was unorganized and other service staff was rude throughout our staff. A decent older resort, could use some updates and kinder staff.

It wasn't clean, no microwave, charges for everything and it's suppose to be a resort. Unstable temperature in the rooms, need to remodel the rooms, poor information when we arrived. The only thing that was good was the housekeeper. The maintenance was not able to fix the toilet that kept running. The carpets was dirty. The bed's were not a full queen size like they advertised. The walls were cracked.
