Bond Place Hotel

Perfect location if attending a show at the Winter Garden Theater. Also short walk to mall and plenty of great resturants in short walking distance. Very clean room. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The only downsize is thin walls. We had very loud neighbors and had to call hotel staff to have them quiet down which helped a lot.

I'm not all that picky about hotel rooms, but I do think a bureau with drawers so you can put your clothes away is a necessity. This did hotel also did not have any meat dishes at all on its dinner menu. So obvious I asked if the hotel was owned by religious Hindus. If it had been I would have understood.

After a long drive we were looking forward to a good nights rest. Woke up in the middle of the night to find something crawling near my face. Turned on the light to find it was a bed bug. Of course my kid then woke up in the middle of the night, so his sleep was interrupted too. Called the front desk and they sent up a guard to collect the bug and take pictures. It took them forever to move us from the room. Meanwhile, while we were waiting to be moved, the building fire alarm went off, and everyone had to be evacuated, and when the building was cleared, the elevators were left off. Eventually I had to ask again to be moved from the bed bug room, and only eventually we're we moved. My kid ended up getting bit on his hand. When it was time to check out, there was a whole process to give me a refund, where they wanted me to call Orbitz to get it processed, overall a nightmare experience,

In Toronto for first time. Awesome city. Lots to do. Bond Place is in the best location to see the city

The hotel is in a great area, walking distance to food, the Eaton Centre Mall and a movie theater. The rooms are extremely small but it's worth it for the location. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the bus station.

Great experience. The room is small, no extras. Fridge and Coffee Maker in the room. Really Clean, great views and walking distance to venues of Downtown Toronto. Plenty of power Outlets for all of your gadgets. Eclectic wall art. Clean. Friendly staff. Decent gym on the 2nd Floor. Cons: Wifi is horrible. Construction noise July 2017. Overall great experience.

I had been staying at this Bond Place Hotel many times with previous management and hotel rate was below $125. or half of current price per night. I believe I had better sleep in my previous stays up to couple of years ago. Twin bed that I slept in seem to be narrower than I though. Air conditioner is right next to my bed blowing the air into my face or back of my head. There is only six inches space between the air conditioner or heater and my bed. I won't stay at this hotel anymore because of price that is now doubled. I would stay at Holiday Inn Hotel with lot more comfort and more pillows and queen size bed there. Only pro about this place is two blocks from Eaton Centre on corner of Dundas and Yonge Street. I would just park the car in the garage for couple of hours or so instead of staying at this hotel. The garage just across Dundas street from Bond Place is now going for $25. per 24 hours or night. It was $15. just couple of years ago.

The hotel was clean but wasn't as nice as the photos online. It's definitely a budget hotel that is clean but doesn't rise above this description. The staff were really accommodating.

The hotel was so-so, but you get what you paid for. The location was great. For that reason, I would recommend this hotel to others.

hotel is in great location, clean rooms, but staff is like not happy, never smile there are annoying.

Bond Place Hotel is located in a great area. Was in walkin distance of most places on my list to check out. Rooms are a little small than what we are used to in the States but I had no problem with that!

Everything was great, better than I expected for the price.

Great price for the location. Shopping, dining, entertainment

Had to change rooms due to toilet wouldn't work, lights gone out or not working, NO DRAWARS to place my clothes in which made that I had to live out of my suitcase for 4 days. Room so close to the roadway that I could hear all the existing traffic and people even with the windows closed. I would not recommend this Hotel. No area to unload suitcases and not accommodations for close parking I am handicapped and can't walk very far without assistance.

horrible service, cleanliness, room space. I declined to stay as it was so horrible. I really hope orbitz is kind enough to give me my money back

The location of the hotel was great, the staff were nice, parking was kinda cheap compared to other places in the city... Downside the hotel is next 2 a hospital I think!! ambulances were coming in and out alot and were making noises so tough to sleep at night, rooms are small so don't get fooled with the pictures u see in their website, overall if ur going for a business trip and only staying for couple of nights it's good but family vocation don't recommend... One more thing wifi connection was very slow....

Bond Place Hotel is perfect for those of us who want an active, involved trip to Toronto. The hotel is truly in the heart of the city. The rooms are very simple but clean and stylish -- a bit like many of Martha Stewart's bed/bath suggestions (just a nice bed, sleek desk, clean & functional bathroom, and pretty paint job). My room was compact, perfect for a single traveler or a couple. I wouldn't recommend trying to squeeze children or extra guests into it, though. Overall, great experience.

Drove up to Buffalo to see a hockey game and took the drive to toronto for the weekend. Was a very good experience

My stay was great! Location was perfect for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Staff was very nice and the view from my room was awesome! Definitely staying there again‼️
