very convenient to So many places downtown, yet quiet and not quite in the more crowded areas downtown. we were able to walk most all places and we were close to hop on hop off tours to take us to the places we couldn't easily walk to.
The staff was the rudest I've ever encountered. Non- apologetic for cancelling my reservation. Parking is $48 for an outside lot and the location id bad.
Decent hotel. Not very fancy but clean and comfortable. Close to downtown shops, transport and amenities. Hotel staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. It was surprisingly very quiet at night as well.

This hotel was great! So many bars/restaurants within walking distance. Located pretty central in the Entertainment District. Our room seemed to be updated and really clean too! Would definitely stay there again!

I am sorry to hear that we cancelled your reservation if it was not suppose to be. Can you please provide more details so that we may investigate this further. Parking at our hotel is $48 but includes in/out privileges and the car can stay until 2pm. Our lot is underground. Is it possible that you accidentally parked in the public lot behind the hotel which we do not operate as it is a private owner.
