The hotel has only been open 2 months and as expected at this stage it is spotlessly clean, with tasteful, modern decorations. The staff are plentiful, extremely courteous and helpful. Luis and Feona were very helpful. Breakfast is well stocked, repenised often and there was lots of choice. Our room was a corner room on floor 11 with 2walls of floor to ceiling windows and amazing views of the CN tower. Bathroom was large and the beds comfortable. Ingeniously the beds are raised off the floor to allow for storage of luggage underneath, no dust bunnies to be found! Only slight niggles I could possibly pick up on, paper cups in the rooms for the coffee machine, not very eco friendly, coffee machine dribbled, and the TV remote control wasn't user friendly. Overall this is a wonderful hotel and I would definitely stop here again. I do wonder if the staff will still be as attentive once this hotel is a year old and maybe not being scrutinized by head office, I certainly hope so.

Very clean hotel and room. Room was very tiny tho. Had an extremely hard time trying to cast my phone to my tv (couldn’t end up doing it). Besides that everything was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. One of the best I’ve ever had.

Nice room, very clean and big washroom. Breakfast buffet was excellent, loads of options! Staff were friendly and always greeted us on the way in and out of the hotel. Great location, within walking distance of a lot of places including transit. The only issue we had was the shower was on the lukewarm slightly cold side and didn't have enough pressure.
