Great hotel!! The breakfast and chef was amazing. I did however book my room over a month ago a selected the deluxe room that was available but on the day of the trip, I was assigned a handicap room & was told that I booked last minute and that was only left?? I spoke to the hotel manager and she fixed it right away! despite that, I would always recommend this place in the future.

The room was clean, hallways were clean. The only issue was the size of the room. It was tight and there was only one small table and chair. Yes, lots of space under the bed for luggage but with no dressers to put the clothes in, i wanted my luggage easily accessed and had no where to put it as we were two people with two luggage and only one luggage holder. The toilet doesn't flush more than once at a time, it slowly fills the tank to flush again which we did not like. There should be ice buckets and ice available on the floors. There is free ice in the lobby but they give you a small cup at a time, i don't want to go downstairs every 30 mins to get ice. So i recommend you put ice machines and buckets on each floor. You should put vending machines on each floor, rather than make us pay so much at the little lobby restaurant. It was $5 for a small coffee since the free breakfast did not let you take coffee out. For the price of the room, coffee and water should be free. Other than that, very clean, smells good.
