let's start at the bottom. While there was parking (available for a daily fee), in order to get into the building you had to drag all your roller bags up a flight of stairs, through two very tight corners/doorways, and then down more stairs to get to an elevator. The staff was nice and accommodating and the floor we stayed on was definitely quiet. However, that's where the good part ends. In no particular order: --we had no drawers for any clothes -- there were 6 or seven hangers at most (2 adults staying for a week need more hangers) --there were dead bugs in the light fixture in the bedroom. --The air conditioning was not sufficient. it had not been updated. it was a warm week in Toronto and the hotel room hovered around 80 deg F. --there was a balcony but there was no access to it. the lock was turned around so a key was necessary. --the door to the fridge opened the wrong way. --there was no desk and when I went to use the "business centre", it was literally a storage closet with new mattresses, old couches, old chairs, and a podium stuffed with trash --the king size bed was crammed into a tiny bedroom. every time you walked around the bed, you hit your legs on it. --the wireless worked fine in the living room. it did not work at all if you walked into the bedroom --multiple light switches that didn't do anything

I was assigned to a second floor suite, in the back facing the yard, and next to the stairwell. There was a horrible view, and traffic from the stairwell made it very noisy. There was a roach in the kitchen. It was not nice. Previously, I have stayed there on the 15th and 21st floors and it was great! Book early and do not accept lower floors.

The hotel is clean, spacious and centrally located. My second time there and will be back.

Everything was okay the staff was very nice the rooms were OK needs to be updated a little bit the bedroom should've had its own television but overall wasn't a bad experience

Well, I have stayed in many hotels and this by far was one of the worst rooms. Nothing like their pictures on the site. Rooms were very dated and needed some love. If I could post pictures of the rooms I would. Needed some cleaning from the vents to the rug. The staff went out of her way to show us 3 rooms and all of them needed some love.

The location is pretty good, as it's near the intersection of Bloor & Yonge, but I've experienced much better hotels and this hotel has definitely experienced much better days. The suites are tired looking and the furniture is cheap. I think the staff at the hotel are doing their best but it's quite clear that the people who manage/run the hotel aren't really interested in sprucing it up or modernizing it. It's just the little things like, I don't know, the shower not being 100 clean, the peeling wallpaper in the living room or no hooks on the back of the doors in the bathroom or bedroom or how all of the stuff on the kitchen counter doesn't really fit. Also, be forewarned that you will have to pay for Wi-Fi access and it's currently $14/day. That's kind of a rip-off

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was newly remodeled. The location was convenient. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you

very nice had a nice time room clean nice staff good location

This hotel was very walkable from the subway station and a few bars and plenty of grocery stores (including a 24 hr store)... The only problem I had was with loud people down the hall and the spotty wifi

Good location, close to Young-Bloor, resonable price. However, hot water doesn't run well and there's a construction near the inn, so little bit of noise at day time.

Great location to dine, party and visit downtown attractions without having to pay downtown fares. Great place for nightlife and LGBT life.. Great views.. It could improve the interior bit overall the value is good.

The room was alright. The hotel is old and shows it. It needs to be remodelled. There was a spider in my toilet and when I went in it had not been flushed as toilet paper was there from earlier use . I asked for a spare bedroom for a family member which did not get used. I had to pay for it anyway. Telephone calls are very high and wifi cost $14 a day. Needless to say I spent some time in coffee shops to get my fix. However it had a small kitchen where I could stock some food items and have tea. There were plenty of towels. The electricity outlets looked downright dangerous. It was quiet and had a good location not far from the subway.

Staff was great, just like the location. The taps and wallpaper in the bathroom could use some TLC.

It felt like home spacious modern it was perfect for my and my boyfriend

This hotel is not expensive and the price is good for features.. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean. We enjoyed our short stay. However, I feel wifi parking should be free. Wifi can be regulated for band width to control usage and parking can be made available to non-guests for a modirate price to supplement any lost income.

Best location and value hotel in Toronto. Definately stay there again. Highly recommend to others.

Hotel Room was exceptional - Balcony and view was a plus Some lamps/kitchen items were not working Very spacious for two people (Queen Bed Suite) and friends Would book here again for a short stay

my stay at Town Inn Suites was very sweet, close to shopping, dining and nightlife.

stayed here for 6 days while waiting for my apartment to be ready for move in. great hotel clean rooms good location!
