The room was spacious and perfect for a girls night out. Check in was super easy and all the staff were kind.

Stayed a week in a one bedroom “luxury” suite. Bed was comfortable which was the best part of the apartment. The heater was very noisy even at a low setting. The cupboards in the kitchen were so high I had to climb onto the counter to grab bowls and plates. Housekeeping could be requested daily which is good but not if one didn’t know to request it. Parking was $45 per night incl tax. Expensive with stairs so PIA with luggage. Ok for the price but wouldn’t stay here again.

Not one of the two televisions worked and channels would always go on and off. This is the only hotel this happens at. The breakfast is gone and there isn’t much choice for breakfast around it.

Room was updated, clean, and spacious. Staff were courteous and helpful. Reasonable pricing for good location. Overall a fantastic value for Toronto — we have stayed in much pricier places with far less amenities and way less room, and we were quite satisfied with our visit.
