Pretty nice but not quite as nice as I'd hoped. Toilet was broken when we arrived, shower shelf was gone, beds were just ok... room was very nice overall. Parking was annoying as the key swipe is on the fence so you have to pull way over to swipe in and camera is on the left so you have to drive on the opposite sides of the road to enter and exit. Very strange and easily fixed...Otherwise a great place.

The room was shabby — paint was peeling, sink was partially clocked with someone’s hair, silverware in kitchen was dirty, tv in living room was inoperable.

Good location close to Bloor street and major shopping. The unit was newly renovated with full kitchen. Staff were friendly there. Will definitely stay again.

I love staying here for the festivities I go to in Toronto. It's a great location. This was the first time I stayed in a 2 bedroom (normally we do the 1 bedroom updated place). Only thing is I felt like the place needed to be dusted before we stayed there. Otherwise the place was great - perfect for our group, great location and staff is always friendly.

Average hotel for the price. The air conditioning was old and musty gave me terrible allergies. Had to crack the windows and leave bathroom fan on to keep the airflow less musty. Too hot to turn off the ac when I was there. Can’t use the balconies. They said it’s a city wide mandate but I checked that and it’s not true. The room was good overall. Basic. Could use a deep clean bed was pretty comfy. Could use softer sheets for almost $300 a night. It is in a great location and room was big. No gym no pool no frills no breakfast. But the kitchen did have what I needed to make breakfast daily. There was a lot of shopping and food options around the hotel. It looks brighter and shinier in the photos. Not a total letdown but if I ever go back I’ll check other hotels.

We had a great experience at Town Inn Suites, they were able to accommodate an early check-in and luggage storage after getting into Toronto on an early flight. Great location and friendly staff.

The property was fine for two nights - wouldn’t stay again. The kitchen was redone but the rest of the unit was outdated. The AC did not work when we got there and it leaked all over the living room floor. Even with the new AC unit, it didn’t work in the bedrooms. The bath tub was not clean. Only two towels were provided for four people. Whereas the maintenance staff were friendly and attentive to fixing the issues in a timely manner, we expected better from the start.
