Fully furnished New York Pad at Avida South Park located just beside Ayala Mall South Park Mall and Ayala Corporate Center. The properly is near Starmall, and Starmall Bus Transport going to Lawton, Makati, Fairview and Monumento. The property is also near Asian Hospital, Festival Mall, Alabang Town Center, Madrigal Business Park and Filinvest Corporate City and 15min from NAIA Airport

Stay like in a hotel. It has 1 double size bed, carpeted living room, with 40 inches flat screen cable TV (86 channels including 19 HD channels) with SONY entertainment system, personal ref, kitchen, toilet and hot and cold shower.

I also provided a lot of new HD movies saved in USB for entertainment.

I also provided in the room a foldable cart and foldable crate should you have grocery items
