The room was as advertised, large and with a view. However the housekeeping staff left a lot to be desired. We had to call the front desk twice in a 3 night stay to have the room cleaned, on the second day they removed the bath robes and never replaced them, even after I went to the front desk and informed them that we didn’t have any robes nothing happened, very disappointing for a supposedly 5 star hotel

Very service oriented staff. I didn't like the many rude hotel guests. I assume its their custom to do as they appear.

It was a nice experience close to the restaurants and mall. Food is great. Staff were friendly very assisting. Staff and Security even approached me to return my phone 30 mins after I left it at The Lounge.

Room attendants (Mikie, Alemania and Jonalyn) along with check-in crew, and Residence crew were all nice.

The hotel had everything. Nice lounge, Western and Chinese restaurant, gym, pool, casino, free WiFi, etc. Also, it's walking distance to Robinson Galleria Mall, coffee shops, night clubs and restaurants and bistros.

toilet paper holder fell off the wall on first use of bathroom.. iron electric cord broken with frayed wires. saw a roach by the room door upon checking out. neighborhood close to red line district not a good place esp with younger family members

I always like to stay this hotel because many benefits for VIP guest. Free room upgrade, breakfast buffet and their VIP lounge called living room. Very friendly staffs is also another reason i stayed this hotel.

I was surprised how beautiful the hotel is located in such poverty around it. However, I loved the action around it. Great stores, mall, restaurants, massages, and the like. It was an amazing experience. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

It was exceptional! Very comfortable stay in the heart of manila close to the shopping mall , manila bay , cultural center of the Philippines , and has the best location for commuter travel.

OK, the hotel was modern, clean, and the staff were friendly and courteous. I like the room, good size and clean, only down side the shower didn't drain which flooded the bathroom. When I checked in they talked me into a premium plan which included an all you can eat buffet for diner and breakfast which cost about 250 dollars or so, which included alcohol. Not really worth the cost as there are cheaper and better eateries within the Metro area. When I checked out was billed for room service. The only problem with that is I never ordered room service. The front desk refused to believe me and as I was on my way to the airport found it more prudent to pay than to sit around arguing to someone who obviously thought I was lying to them.

Hotel was nice and close to everything we needed. The suite was huge and the view of Manila Bay was fantastic. We were able to walk to the mall. We were close to the American Embassy and many eating establishments.

I expect too much since this is a 5-star hotel. We forgot to request in advance a non-smoking room hence we ended up staying on a smoking room. The soda and juice at the minibar were way too expensive.

Overall had a good stay at this hotel. Staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. Room cleanliness was good but not always replenished completely. Upon checking out was billed excessively for a variety of items, but they did make adjustments. Just feel I should have been charged reasonably to begin with.

Employee's were kind and curtious.No problem getting around..Cab service and curb service were perfect.

No complaints, avg stay. here on business. I would reccomend this to another. The price was great compared to the service I received

I stayed here for a short business trip. I enjoyed it because while it did not take that long to get to Makati for meetings, I found the whole area more authentic and interesting. This may not be for everyone, as the 'real Manila' is a crowded and sometimes overwhelming place, but I liked it. The staff, amenities, etc. were all up to 4 star standard. I will stay there again.

Not as 5 start hotel as advertised. There is a $25.00/ day charge if you want to use the internet in your room, on top of the $184.00/night, plus taxes. I asked for 2 double/queen beds instead of 1 King size and their definition of 2 beds is "2 single beds put together". They charged us $1.00 per local call from our room, and by the mintue after 15 mintues and forgot to mention that there is per mintue charge when calling a local cell phone number. Great customer service with the exception of Front desk staff. We forgot to leave a tip for the lady that cleans our room, so we brought down the money to the front desk and asked to give it to her. When the lady came to our room the next day to clean, we asked if the front desk gave her the tip we left for her, she never got it. Will I stay there again and recommend the hotel to friends and family.... most likely NOT.

nice hotel for vip

great hotel in the middle of the manila night life
