Service and staff were excellent. However, I’m disappointed in the following: 1) Aircon thermostat cannot be controlled. The room is super cold. The draft still comes in after I switched it off 2) water at the shower is cold, warm then hot. Not consistent. Makes showering very unpleasant 3) no hairdryer Hope not to stay at garden wing. It’s a very long walk. There were guests talking loudly at 2am along the corridor for 3 consecutive nights

We stayed here in 2004 and came back again this time, mainly for the great pool and convenient location. We have also stayed at the fort and makati locations. We upgraded to one of the larger rooms and while spacious, there were minor hints of wear including some carpet stains, and mild damage to some furniture. Shower gout lines showed aging. Water pressure and Wi-Fi signal was great. Bed and pillows great. Staff were cordial and accommodating, as always.

Great Exec room on 10th floor. Large BF selection (but no lactose free milk so had to use Almond). Great gym and Sauna area with lockers. Pool is large but mix of kids and deep area (barrier) so hard to do laps, otherwise not bad.
