The ac was not functioning correctly, keeps shutting down/turning off by itself. Woke up at past 12 midnight sweating because the ac was off and room is too hot. Have to call guest services and the technician arrived at 1:20am to fix the ac. Took awhile for the room to be cooler and it was hard to go back to sleep again.

The service was impeccable from the time we checked in and out. Staff is attentive to our needs for directions when we wanted to go shopping at the Mega Mall and the Shangri-La Plaza. Helped us with a jacket that we left in the lounge. Helped us with a Grab ride for the airport since we didn’t want a metered taxi and did not have the app installed. One of the best margaritas at the lounge. Singer that the lounge was also very talented. Excellent stay for us.

Nice, relaxing pool. Suitable ambient music played in the hotel. Nice, refined décor and finishes. Stores inside the hotel and direct mall connection. Bedroom was decent - but not outstanding. A little small - even though I was told that I was upgraded because the room I booked was not available.

I will not comment about the quality of service since it was obviously compromised due to the holiday rush. The staff is genuinely trying to do their best but given the huge crowd to serve, the quality, timeliness, & attention to detail were all lacking. The biggest complaint I have is really basic. The tower wing reeks of mold. As a matter of fact, management needs to really check it as it could be black mold which can represent a health hazard to customers. I spent five days at the Shangrila hotel & was besieged with horrible migraines due to the moldy, mildewing stench permeating the 10th floor.

Clean. Nice pool. Nice lobby. Nice restaurant. Nice gym. Takes a long time to check in. Staff is slow.

Most amazing hotel lovely finishes and attention to detail. I stayed 6 nights I a king room and 1 in the club room. For room amenity they were mostly the same in some ways the standard king were better (USB plugs and bidet). The club room was worth it for happy hour, breakfast and afternoon tea

Hotel is ok. Don't think it was worth the price. Could've stayed similar located hotel for cheaper.

Excellent facility convenient to restaurants and shopping

The best place to stay! For business, to meet friends, hold conference or just to hang out.

Had a Garden Wing room, but no view to garden only seeing another bldg.

We love being checked-in directly to the room instead of standing in the lobby. Traffic in Manila was horrendous, thus it was really nice not to have to stand in line to check-in. We were greeted by a hotel representative and taken directly to our room. Plus, the wedding anniversary chocolate cake was a nice surprise. The room was so comfortable --- bed, shower, and all the amenities. And the wi-fi! But most importantly, the staff are so friendly and accommodating. This is our second stay at this hotel and we would definitely be back. We decided that this will be our go-to hotel when in Manila.

Security is taken serious at this hotel. It was convenient to restaurants and shopping at the nearby mall. The place was kept very clean and all the staff was very friendly!
