Nothing good about this hotel. Everything was bad. Rooms smell. Beds are like sleeping on the floor. Not blanket. There's isn't anything good to say about this hotel at all.

the staff are nice but the hotel room smells terrible and if its raining. it leaks to my room and even when i took shower. it leaks too.

Room is dirty. Linens and towels has ripped. Bathroom is dirty. Aircondition filter id dirty. Breakfast buffet undesireable!

Quite and descent. Closed to the Mall. Staff are very helpful. I had a good staycation.

Overall everything was fine. We did not encounter any negative issues. We had a pleasant time. The breakfast was enjoyed by all of us.

The staff was polite and the food was OK but this is not a very good hotel.

The staff was friendly but we had problems with our room. Went to manager and he upgraded us. The hotel is not well maintained.

The Icon hotel is an interesting experience and not all bad. The location is excellent when you get over the fact it is on an extremely busy road, 24 hours a day. Opposite via walkways over the road and under the railway is a huge mall with everything you could need from bars to supermarkets to fast food joints. Complaints about water in the bathroom are not aware of the concept of a 'wet room'. I recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Floor is dirty, bathroom is dirty. We paid for extra person in room for 3 people. Only had one towel. Breakfast is included, which was good.
