This is close to the airport. It has a really good breakfast. Check-in was really fast. Check out a bit slow but nothing terrible. This is where I stay every time I fly into Manila.

Great hotel for the value

This was a hotel recommendation from a friend and so glad that we stayed here. Great location and close to the airport. Rooms were very spacious and comfy beds. The buffet was great with a good selection of items. We booked massages at the spa and they were exactly what we needed after a long flight. Staff were lovely and always willing to help. The only negative was that the property was huge and had a residence side as well. It was very easy to get lost or confused in which tower you were in.

The food for breakfast used to be good. I was not impressed this time. Also the staff at the restaurant (7th floor) are very inconsiderate. I was with a senior citizen and PWD, and they gave us a table that is far from the buffet area and it was very tight. I was extremely disappointed and not satisfied at all

Bathroom sink had leak, broken ceiling and shower screen. Maintenance boys were great though house keeping were lacking. House keeping took forever if they bothered at all. Communication between departments seems to be a real issue. Breakfast was lukewarm at best and variety for tourists was poor. Overall, if I hadn't already prebooked the stay on our way back to home, I don't believe I would stay again. Hoping next stay is much better but not holdong my breath.

Great location for walking to Mall of Asia. No trikes are allowed to park in front so if you want a ride to MOA it’s a little more difficult to arrange unless you already have contacts.

Primary reason for staying at this hotel was good location to MOA and Arena.Hotel and rooms need to be updated.Found 2 Cockroaches in room and missing bath towels.Staff were pleasant and accomodating.When checking in make sure you have P3000 cash to pay for deposit will be refunded at checkout if there are no charges.I unfortunately paid by credit card and they deducted the amount and the receptionist said it would be refunded within two weeks.This is not good enough,in this day and age there should be a charge reversal at checkout for credit cards.To conclude if location to MOA AND arena is your priority I would still recommend this hotel for very short stays,for longer stays unless they update the property and rooms ????
