I’ve stayed here many times and have always felt it was a good option for overnight stays before or after an international flight. This time the hotel looked disheveled. The staff was as accommodating and helpful as ever, but from the room to the hallways, the hotel looks like it’s not being well kept. The carpets were clearly dirty in the halls, the room smelled weird, and there were clear markings on the wall as well as torn wallpaper and broken pieces of molding. The shower also couldn’t maintain a temperature and kept going hot and cold off and on. I already have my next stay booked here, but I wish I could cancel!

The variety at breakfast. Cleaning staff were great and able to clean our room earlier than expected. Only request is that you provide free shuttle ride to the Mall of Asia and back. Most other hotels provide the free service. Taxi's do charge a different rate and not sure why it vary from taxi to taxi if going the same distance/place.
