I’ve stayed here many times and have always felt it was a good option for overnight stays before or after an international flight. This time the hotel looked disheveled. The staff was as accommodating and helpful as ever, but from the room to the hallways, the hotel looks like it’s not being well kept. The carpets were clearly dirty in the halls, the room smelled weird, and there were clear markings on the wall as well as torn wallpaper and broken pieces of molding. The shower also couldn’t maintain a temperature and kept going hot and cold off and on. I already have my next stay booked here, but I wish I could cancel!

We experienced some issues prior to arrival. I emailed the staff with questions but did not receive a response, which reflected poor communication. The advertised 24-hour shuttle service was inaccurate; I requested a shuttle after midnight and was informed that no service was available at that time. Upon arrival, however, the staff were very nice. The accommodations were great, and room service was top-notch. The food was excellent and we truly enjoyed our stay. Despite the initial issues, we would definitely come back.
