The location to terminal 3 is great. The staff was very polite and helpful. We had a lot of luggage so the bellmen had their work cut out for them. There’s a lot of restaurants within walking distance and many other hotels in this area. This has become a hub of hotels and shops that are all within walking distance.

All staffing encountered were both professional and personable. John from housekeeping went above and beyond to make the room comfortable and ready. Front desk personnel were very accommodating and made us really feel welcome. The pool/BBQ/rooftop bar areas could use better access and updating. Thank you. I will return.

Check in process was lengthy especially for a room that was prepaid. Because the process took so long there was a long line and wait. Noticed multiple people cutting bypass the waiting line to get immediate help increasing the wait time
