I'll start by saying the staff was friendly and helpful, when I needed it. We had to change rooms because the TVs in our original room started turning off and on and changing channels by themselves. The staff did not know what was happening so we requested a room change and they complied. The original room was on the 2nd floor by the street. It was dark, dingy, and the street noise was incredibly loud. If you are going to be by the street, get as high up as possible because the windows are not great at keeping the street noise at a minimum.

This place is probably ok ... if you are Filipino and dont mind cockroaches, but if you are american might wanna find another place my wife which is Filipino stayed there twice no problem but let tell you I will NEVER spend another penny with them ever because when me, my wife and son went there, First they took forever to book us even though we had booked way in advance so i just waited and killed cockroaches then they charged 250 pesos for my sons breakfast which is supposed to be complimentary and then even though I smoked outside they charged me 3000 pesos because they said it smelled like smoke which isn't true and also they stock your mini fridge with way over priced stuff and I drank one water and they said it was two which they put two in there and we even checked before we left and still had one but whatever 50 pesos but ya Id go anywhere else if you are American.
