Room is excellent. The only thing uncomfortable is the bathroom. Lack of hook or tower bar inside and no shower curtain in between the shower room and toilet that make your feet wet when using just the toilet.

Clean, convenient, pleasant and friendly staff. I wish they didn't charge an extra guest fee for an already small family of three (2 adults and one child.) It would be expected that many families would choose this hotel due to its location in Ocean Park. The extra guests fees may be a turn for other families who are looking to save on their visit. Nonetheless, my little one loved seeing the fishes go by in our Aqua room. We definitely look forward to staying here again in the future.

Firstly the first time we stayed here we had some issues and was promised we would be treated proper the next time. Well we stayed 2x other times and the last times were more than exceptional. The staff is very friendly and got us checked in quickly at midnight. The Aqua Room was very nice and the aquarium was full of life. The Suite Room was very big, had windows overlooking Manila Bay around the room! The jacuzzi however had a faulty heater and we could not use it which was a disappointment but wont stop us from staying again.

The thermostat was difficult to operate therefore making the room uncomfortable to sleep. But if you like a cold room, you'd like this hotel.

The staff always had a smile but we're not knowledgeable and didn't follow through. The property is great for families with kids because it's connected to Manila Ocean Park. But it is a nasty neighborhood, and too far to walk to nicer areas. If you are here to spend time at Ocean Park, it's fine.

I stayed over night in an Aqua Room at H20 hotel. The aquarium views are just as they look - SPECTACULAR, but.... here's the real deal. First, as mentioned, the aquarium walls in the room and really kool. I really enjoyed the views and all, but I had other concerns with the room I stayed in and will list them below: 1. Lights - the room is dark. I don't think this room would live up to U.S. OSHA standards due to the low lighting. The low lighting does accommodate the aquarium, but limits views. In fact, it is almost impossible to see the temperature controller at the door. I had to use my flashlight to see the controls. 2. Electrical outlets - If you are like me, I have a number of electrical toys to charge and use. Good luck trying to find outlets in the room. I think there was a total of only two outlets! 3. LIMITED HOT WATER - I used the tub and was out of very hot water before it filled. I still had hot-warm water. 4. BAD ODOR – the odor wasn’t too offensive but smelled like an aquarium gone bad. I think that’s why the halls are perfumed heavily. 5. CAVE/TUNNEL EFFECT – I always felt like I was living in a cave as I walked the hallways. 6. Where is security or hotel personnel as you enter the hotel’s areas? 7. Lack-luster furniture. The furniture in the room looks like it is made out of cardboard. 8. Breakfast Buffet – way over priced and severely lacking! So, if you are looking for a nice gimmick to see the walled aquariums, then this is t

The hotel experience was overall good but some little things could be improved upon. the staff was courteous and friendly, the services were very good and the food was excellent. two things upset me about my stay. First, I booked my room in July for a stay in late September. My room was not ready upon my arrival and I had to upgrade at a greater cost to me. This was unacceptable but having nowhere else to stay I had to pay the extra charge. If the hotel cannot accommodate the guest at time of check in, the customer should not have to pay an upgrade fee. That is the hotels responsibility. Second, the second room that was given to me was extremely dirty. The chair in my room needed to be thrown away. The carpet needed replacing as it was extremely dirty and worn and the entire room could benefit from a fresh coat of paint.

I got ripped off, my fare from the airport to the hotel, the taxis don't take credit cards, the desk clerk should have told me to take a picture of the license plate, and called the police, but it's Filipino covering for Filipino, even when it's criminal. Everyone trying to get money from you, and the country is dirty

Hotel H2O is a very adequate hotel and it is reasonably priced. There are cultural differences (staff would generally only address my husband and not myself, even though I made the reservation, paid for the room, etc), but it had everything that a hotel would need. Advice to those who want to stay, don't get a bay view room. The bay view may seem nice, however the bay is full of trash floating everywhere. It didn't make for the view that I was hoping for.

We got this hotel accommodations from 6/9 to 6/10-2016. Very nice and clean , only the flaws is that the rest room is not flushing as much and outside of the shower room getting as you step out, and it needs to be dry always.

The rooms are a bit small, but nice. The aquarium built into the wall was a treat. The staff are friendly and helpful.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our 24-hour layover in Manila. We were on the last leg of our trip and were pretty tired and this room totally made us feel comfortable. The views and the bed were the best part. We would definitely stay here again.

Not a bad location. Right next door to the U.S. Embassy. Just a few min to Mall of Asia and Dreamplay. Small room for the economy but overall clean and stylish. Nice overhead shower head. Free toothbrush, shampoo and soap. Service at the beginning was average and the food is ok. The complimentary breakfast is buffet style and very good and fresh. For dinner there are 2 options. I didn't like the dinner on the hotel floor where you check in. It was more of a microwave type meal. Oily mushy. Not too impressed. On the 2nd floor you can dine in and choose from a select menu. There is also a good organic coffee shop on the first floor. I must commend the waiter Jeff for breakfast. He goes out of his way to make everything enjoyable and kept me feeling VIP. My son and I were there during the typhoon season and were stuck there for 4 days. on the 2nd night there was an aftershock from the earthquake so we ran down the fire escape to safety. My son was freaked out and wanted to transfer since we were on the water. The general manager came and talked to my son personally with me present to calm him down and then upgraded us to a huge room with the aquarium inside. That was very impressionable and I have to thank him for an incredible job he did. That gesture would make me give 5 stars for everything. I just want to be honest with my experience. the hotel is attached to the water park and there are small stalls downstairs selling souvenirs etc...

H2O is unique in its own because it is in a marine amusement park. And there pluses and minuses for it. Noisy, lots of kids. It's great for people to be lodged in the hotel if you are going to the park. The hotel is built in a shopping and dining complex hoping to attract customers for nightlife entertaiment. Somehow that did not work out that way and so the place is calm and peaceful and dead passed 9pm. Now , the room is small by my standard. The shower works great. Towels, toiletries, coffee and water are provided. Security is top notch

1. travelling with teen age kids who were frustrated with the wifi ,booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and only 1 wifi password per room 2. enjoyed the free breakfast 3. paid extra for the bay view but not much of a view- to me it was not worth the extra fee 4.helpful, pleasant staff 5. booking another stay for a family member-so definitely recommend this hotel

I stayed in all 3 rooms. The Fish Tank room, the ocean view room and the Jaccuzi Room. All were awesome. For a first timer the fish tank room is a really great experience. The downside is no windows to the outside world. The other rooms are bright and spacious. The restaurant breakfast buffet is really good. The bar at night isn't so good. In regards to the location it's a bit far and difficult to get a taxi. My advice is to download the Uber app. They will pick you up hassle free and it's safe/cheaper than a regular taxi.

Upon opening my hotel room ... seeing a wall full of fish swimming around, I said ' wow', blew my mind. I loved my short stay at Hotel H2o. The staff are very professional, compassionate, accommodating and very friendly. I would stay in this hotel again if I am visiting Manila. From ground transportation availability to their breakfast buffet ... I loved it and highly recommend this hotel without hesitation. Thanks to the whole staff for making our stay an enjoyable experience and we loved the friendly atmosphere. I rate this hotel H2o one of the best I have yet experienced. Sincerely, Dan and Liela Delanoche

The hotel was very nice and very clean.. The view overlooking the bay was beautiful. Breakfast buffet was delicious and has lit of choices. Will be recommending it.

The hotel location is nice. Very accommodating and helpful staff. Buffet has acceptable selections. Luggage drop off area is a walking distance but they will deliver to your room. Polite and courteous staff ready to please and help.

Everyone was polite ,professional and extremely helpful I will recommend the hotel 2 everyone traveling to the Phillipines.
