Close to the Airport terminal 1, about 10 minutes by walking. No need to take taxi. The room is decent. But pay attention to the price. Due to high rates of tax (over 20%), any price over $20 (not including tax) will be less worth in Manila.
I highly suggest to have all TVs in their suites upgraded to smart TVs which can connect to the web and have netflix, disney+, hulu, etc. installed. Most tv shows and movies were old or we've seen it too many times.
Check in was easy. They will call a taxi or Grab if you want to go anywhere. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. The roof top pool bar is great to watch the sunset! Staff was friendly and helpful with all our needs.
The location was not the best, for walking or convenience shopping but what I needed was available and it all worked out. The shuttle service was needed. The property is only 3 years old and is clean and modern. The room is small, but clean. There is a convenience store beside it. On a busy street, so get a room in the back if you want quiet.
Clean and reasonably priced and comfortable. Two issues: no wash cloths and no cups/glasses. Little things that make a big difference.

You'll have to change planes if you're wanting to get from Washington, DC (IAD-Washington Dulles Intl.) to Manila (MNL-Ninoy Aquino Intl.). Numerous carriers offer services on this route with only one stopover, including Cathay Pacific, Qatar Airways and ANA.
