The only thing the first room that we have was smells smoke but they change it to another one and then the room we got was the shower room, the water was over flowing that went to the toilet area so the entire bathroom floor was wet

It was great. The staff were very friendly. We also feel very secured. The only concern I have is the power outlet. The outlets by the bedside table were not working, they were loose.

Beautiful but uncomfortable

Hotel was beautiful from the lobby to the rooms. However a few things made my stay a little uncomfortable. 1. The light under the vanity in the bathroom didn’t turn off and shined into the bedroom when trying to sleep. 2. The door to the room was not acoustically sealed. 3. I could hear every chime of the elevator as my room was next to them all. 4. Room service staff were very noisy during the hours of 12-4am when trying to sleep. 5. Guests staying also spoke loudly in the hallways late at night. Perhaps a please be quite sign at the lift lobby could help.
