We had a great time at the hotel and overall enjoyed our stay, but there were a couple of concerns. We asked if we could get some bond papers for drawing and were told by the front desk that they would deliver them, but they never came. On the day of our check-out, we asked if there was a weighing scale we could use; again, the front desk said one would be delivered, but later called back to say none were available for delivery and that we could use one in the lobby. Right away we went down, however there was no scale available. The most frustrating part was that the front desk gave inaccurate information, which caused unnecessary inconvenience during an otherwise pleasant stay. I hope you could improve it.

The room we initially stayed have aircon issue. The Engg staff checked and said it was ok. But it’s really not working. We were transferred into another room where AC is working. It was better than the first room. But still not to my expectation of cold AC. We booked a premiere suite and expected good stay but it is not what we had. We will think twice if to stay again in Dusit Thani Makati.

Dusit has the most exceptional staff. Some the most friendliest and with thorough follow through. Betchie (Angelica) made the trip all the much better. When we had significant issues with our room, she ensured we were taken care of and were moved accordingly. Keeping my rooms all together. The concierge desk is extremely helpful, Specifically Jelo, Kai and Josh. Don’t forget to bring cash for your tours (despite what the website says) and try and request for Jun if you are using their tour services. Note, their drivers can take you around but you have to be clear with the desk and your expectations as the drivers will only get you from point a to point b without much conversation. Quite a bit confused if you ask me. Charisse at the transportation desk is amazing and is very helpful in making the arrangements you need to use the hotel car. If it’s not available she will find other arrangements. Overall the rooms are descent. The hotel is clean. The Pantry Restaurant is amazingly convenient and caters to global food preferences. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. They have working dogs, who are just the most adorable. Considering the issues we ran into I would’ve given them two stars, but the staff made up for it.
