Ambush -Astoria Greenbelt Hotel!

Check in was fast, but there were unreasonable restrictions in the statement of understanding such as dress codes for entering the restaurant, requiring shirts with collar for example, specifically no in room massages and early curfew for guests. The room was nice, neat and clean, but the bathroom was soooo small that the door could not be opened fully because of a fixture built into the wall. Finally, upon checkout, I was told that my bill for the room was incorrect and was charged an additional amount for my stay.

The property was ok and in good walking distance to greenbelt shopping and restaurants. It is however a very noisy hotel so if you’re a light sleeper I’d suggest elsewhere. Staff were happy to help.

Clean, great service, room service is available and beds are huge. Walkable to Greenbelt, SM, and Glorietta malls. Breakfast was a la carte which was great, preferred it over a buffet.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. They were very helpful and hospitable. Asking assistance and favors, e.g, water and other needs in the room, was fast. The housekeepers cleaned the room every day as requested. Fresh sheets and replenished bottled water everyday. My only concern was that the housekeepers are noisy outside the room and the towels need upgrade. They are almost worn out. Breakfast was incuded in my stay which was superb. It’s so close to Ayala Center: like a 5 min walk depending on the traffic. My room was small but it was okay, no complaints. Generally everything was okay and I’ll definitely stay there again.
