Nice, well located hotel in Makati. I felt very safe walking in the surrounding area, which is close to several malls. Large well cleaned room with safe. Very decent breakfast buffet, some interesting local cooked options as well as fruit, yoghurt, cereals. Excellent service from all the staff, always friendly, helpful, some of the best customer service I've experienced anywhere.

Ambush -Astoria Greenbelt Hotel!

Check in was fast, but there were unreasonable restrictions in the statement of understanding such as dress codes for entering the restaurant, requiring shirts with collar for example, specifically no in room massages and early curfew for guests. The room was nice, neat and clean, but the bathroom was soooo small that the door could not be opened fully because of a fixture built into the wall. Finally, upon checkout, I was told that my bill for the room was incorrect and was charged an additional amount for my stay.

The property was ok and in good walking distance to greenbelt shopping and restaurants. It is however a very noisy hotel so if you’re a light sleeper I’d suggest elsewhere. Staff were happy to help.

Clean, great service, room service is available and beds are huge. Walkable to Greenbelt, SM, and Glorietta malls. Breakfast was a la carte which was great, preferred it over a buffet.
