The hotel needs to update its rooms, there is mold in the bathroom sink, you can tell the place has wear and tear and needs updating. Our toilet chain broke and had to be replaced, the hotel took care of it. And when we checked out the manager came to us to apologize for the inconvenience. Otherwise it’s in a great location, across the street is a large shopping area and multiple dinning options. Safe area. Staff is outstanding and very helpful. Easy to obtain transportation and the staff will get you inside so you can stay cool, it was very hot outside. We have recommended this hotel to friends and strangers we have meet on the airplane.

Did not enjoy my stay
I recently stayed at New World Hotel in Makati with friends, and it was a disappointing experience. The check-in and check-out processes were incredibly slow, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, despite traveling together, my friends and I were put on different floors, making it difficult to visit each other. The room itself had several issues: the shower head was damaged, the toilet seat cover was cracked, and the bedside table lights were malfunctioning. We had to remove the key card repeatedly to reset the electrical issue with the lights. There were many stains in the room on the wall and curtains. The only positive aspect was the location, but given the numerous problems, it wasn’t enough to make up for the overall poor experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Lovely hotel with very nice friendly staff. Great buffet. Good price. Extra bed provide for my kid. Main bed was a bit hard it could do with a pillow top. Great pool and a proper very good gym and sauna. Right across from Green zone with loads of dining options. Over all I would recommend for family.

The property and the staff were all great, but unfortunately my experience was ruined by ridiculous overcharging for laundry. I should of checked better, bit basically for 5 x shirt, underwear and socks along with one pair off trousers I was charged over $100. This came to more than a one night stay. This alone is a reason to not stay here when traveling for business, where you need to do laundry once a week at least. The fact thay the hotel capitilizes on this shows that theu have no rwspect for the seasoned business traveler. I would warn anyone to avoid tthis experience and also to cloaely check the charges. I have never paid more that $35 for laundry at the best of hotels. So much for special offers when they gouge for the.simplest of services. This was not even dry cleaning, just basic laundry with no extra service. The outcome is that when I enjoyed the stay and would of happily come back on my next trip in Sep, I will be staying elsewhere.
