The air conditioning in the room did not work very well. I also wish the hotel will upstage the beds as the one we were in was not very comfortable. Everything else about the property was quite nice.

The bathroom is not suited for older people and people with handicap. I dropped a bag of money which they were able to recover, but when I got it back only half of the amount was in the envelope. They also have to charge me when they brought it back to me. I was not able to count it as I will be late for my flight. I was charged $45.00 to bring it back . I was just happy I got it back even when half of it was gone.

Dusit Thani Manila is always a hotel that I can rely on for my 1-5 day stay in Manila. The staff and hotel is by far one of the best in Manila.

The uniqueness of the property is accessible to evething , I recommend this hotel , …the staff are friendly, the breakfast, their restaurant it’s authentic.

Well all in all it is very nice place to stay staff was friendly room service was good variety of food on the menu 24 hours a day pastry shop in the lobby area a lot of nice desserts and treats for sale The only drove back in the whole stay is a lack of hot water for morning showers
