Day one arrived saw only one bathrobe. Had to request for second robe. Next day arrived from activity trip needed to take a shower to find out we had only one towel. 3rd day we had an early flight. We couldn't use the toilet cause it was clogged. It was awful. We tried breakfast, I was not impressed at all. Very lame compared to other hotels. Will not book in Dusit Thani Hotel again

The room still smell of cigarettes. I asked the staff for a wake call for my early flight but never did.

We always try to stay at the Dusit in Makati with my family for every visit in Manila. We love it and it never disappoints.

I have stayed here numerous times the staff are the most courteous and accommodating I have ever encountered in my travels. In doing my research it is the best hotel for the price especially if the price includes the buffet breakfast. We're were fortunate to get a promo room for a terrific price. The suite was large stylish and comfortable. The perks to this promo allowed an a la carte breakfast and Happy Hour daily in the Club Room Area on the 17 th floor. Overall our experience was terrific and I have every intention to return upon my next visit to Makati.

The staff are very pleasant people. Unfortunately nothing is volunteered how some of the facilities are to be enjoyed and the restrictions as well. i.e. the computer room. That you are only allowed to use the computer for 15 minutes and will be charge in excess of 15 minutes. But you can turn it off after 15 minutes and comeback after one minute and you can stay again for another 15 minutes. ????????. Newspapers which are normally given to guests on daily basis had to be requested every morning even if you informed the front desk that you want local paper everyday. They assumed that everybody carries their laptop on their trip(business people). Also that all guests eats buffet in the morning. Me for myself, will not eat buffet food. In short if you are seated for breakfast, waiters seldom ask you what you want for breakfast and worst service is terrible for most of the service are buffet oriented. Chambermaids are all excellent. they compensate for the age of the room facilities.

We were told @ check in that the room had 2 double beds. When we opened our room it has a king bed. We moved to a different room with 2 doubled beds but smelled so musty, we went back to the original room with king bed.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Dusit Thani Hotel. The shower area was our main concern, because it was slippery. The location was perfect. The price was a little expensive.

This hotel surpassed all my expectations. Front staff were extremely friendly and security around the hotel was very tight. Wifi access was strong, even in the room. Wonderful restaurant in the lobby. The hotel is a very short walk to Glorietta and SM. It makes this hotel a great place to stay if you want to shop and eat without worrying about public transportation. I took a taxi to the airport and it took less than 20 minutes without traffic. My only complaint would be the bed. It was alittle too firm for my taste. And I did love the smell thru out the hotel - Jasmine or Sampaguita. Just wonderful.

My stay at Dusit Thani was pleasant. They upgrade my room cus i was a returning guest there. Ive always like staying there. But one thing i did not enjoy was the traffic. Seen like every year it gotten worse. Over all the hotel was excellent. Thank you

Had requested Non Smoking room but the room smelled of cigarettes. They changed the room for us, but the other room smelled damp and moldy. Out dated and old rooms.

We had a great time overall only hot water doesn't work. Thank you and we look forward seeing you again.

I really like the modern architecture and the colors of the hotel especially the colors of the Pantry restaurant. From the moment I arrived at the hotel and met the people at the driveway, the reception , the room, the restaurants and basically, my whole stay, i appreciate the care that I received. I felt like I was really a guest in someone's house and that I was being taken cared for. The employees do their job with a smile and they do it fast. I have been to many hotels and I felt the difference.

The hotel is very beautiful and the service is impeccable. The food was top notch, especially the breakfast buffet. The only problem was the reconstruction being done on the room above us. It started at 8AM and continued until 6PM. I spoke to the desk and asked if it was possible to use the Club room during the construction, they were worried that I may use rooms emenities food, drink. They asked if I would pay to use it. When I said no, they offered to move me to another room. I just decided to perciver and used the lobby at times.

This is great brand and a good hotel but the rooms we stayed in seemed dated and sub-standard. Upon a polite request to the Club desk they were able to give us another room which was very much better but still seems old and dated. This is a lovely property with many amenities and the hotel is under renovations. Perhaps the next time we visit all the rooms will be modern and bright! The staff is charming and very helpful. The Dusit Club is very nice and made our stay of 5 nights very comfortable with simple but excellent breakfast and a variety of snacks and drinks in the evening are also served. The SPA is really good.

Nice and convenient to all the places I want to go . Very nice and polite staffs.

I would rate this as average. The building is really getting old. It seriously needs refurbishment.

I have travelled extensively as well as managed hotels in the USA. This hotel is very well managed in all aspects. Perhaps one of the best hotel staff I have seen in a long time! Congratulations to the General Manager.

outstanding hotel

great hotel in a great location
