We stayed in a Premier Room with two queen beds with my mom, who is a senior citizen, and we had a very comfortable stay. The room was spacious and perfect for us. Our stay included buffet breakfast, which was very good with plenty of options to choose from. The location is also a big plus — it’s close to Intramuros and Manila Cathedral, and Quiapo Church is just about a 10–15 minute drive away, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The security guards were polite, attentive, and made us feel safe throughout our stay. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the checkout process. It took about 25 minutes when I checked out at 9 AM on a Wednesday. They require housekeeping to inspect the room before releasing my deposit money , which caused the delay. Also, the front desk staff could be more welcoming — a smile would go a long way in enhancing the guest experience. Overall, we had a great stay and appreciated the comfort and location of the hotel

Accommodations we very good. The daily meals included were good and the room was clean and all features in the bedroom worked well. Easy check in and out and our flight was early in the morning and front desk ensured we had the transportation required to get us to our departure flight on time.

Everything was fine until I got locked out of my room 1 hour before checkout time. It took an hour to get back into my room. When I addressed this with the manager, she apologized and offered my an upgrade on my next visit. What next visit? What a hollow offer. Very upsetting. Will never stay here again.
