The hotel is nice, but very very dated. Dark hallways with old carpeting running down the halls. The rooms were average size, but again very dated. The internet in my room didn't work and it took them 24 hours and alot of complaining before finally changing my room. Buffet breakfast was fairly big, but everything was cold and the scrambled eggs were hardly cooked. I sat a table for 4 but the staff quickly ushered me into a small room and sat me in the corner. Told me the first table was being used even though no one sat there. For the price, I can easily find a hotel with newer facilities and better service. The staff all smiled, but didn't make much effort to do anything. Oh well.

Guest should be treated each a priority, good accommodating. approachable, respectful front desk but it was a big disappointment at checking-in, took like 30 mins to complete the check-in process, room was not ready for the guest! Front desk needs severe training in CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Hotel Manager should be assigned to monitor the front desk! Overall very horrible experience with the hotel staff! But the cons is hotel rooms are nice and comfortable. Very close to place where we need to go.

Very poor customer service! Rude employee!!! Bad attitude!!! No consideration! Being charged 1000 pesos extra for checked in 1 hour early. Asked for "guess bathroom" but told me "NO, stay outside the building till the room is ready" so decided to checked in early due to I need to use the bathroom. People are not friendly and not helpful! They make me uncomfortable and stressed me out!!! Also, give me a nightmare! I left the next day even though the room was paid for 2-3 nights.

This is a very nice hotel and being next to the Embassy is why I stayed here. Sure you can find less expensive hotels but I don't think they are as clean and nice. The location is perfect and the rooms and bathroom are very nice. You can feel safe in the common areas of the hotel and the food is excellent.

I stayed here 6 days for interview at U S Embassy. Refused house keeping 3 times and was called buy mangment and told that they must clean my room. I let them in 1 time and gold tie clip was stolen. Manger came to room with security and told me they would investigate. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM MANGMENT AGAIN. THIS HOTEL IS OLD AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY! STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK OF THEFT!

They are always friendly and we have never encountered any problems.

it was uneventful. we had kids but the pool was under maintenance at the time so we were not able to enjoy it.

Good for short time stay, room is clean, staff not that good of what there doing, it takes 15 mins before I checkout and get my deposit.

We always stay here whenever we are in Manila. love the location and service is always great

Nice hotel across street from usa embassy. Nice buffet breakfast. Room spotless 3 elevators easy to get taxi not far from. Robertson mall

staff very accommodating and friendly esp the front desk

The hotel's location was perfect for our needs. It was close to the US Embassy where my brother had his visa interview. Breakfast was great, hotel staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.

No problems here whatsoever! Excellent workers. Great Breakfast Bar. I stay at Bay View Park every time that I am in Manila.

The staff is super nice and respectful The hotel was clean. The rooms were clean. However, the free breakfast had a few problems. The scrambled eggs were raw and runny and the bacon was barely cooked.

Clean room. TV Small Frig. Big Bathroom and large sleeping area. Beds are super clean and changed daily.

Always stay here when I'm in Manila, it has every thing I need and more , always enjoyable stay

Everything is kinda' ok, except for the hotel shuttle service. The vehicle's gas was smelling strong inside the vehicle. So suffocating!

The room had a great ocean view & the staff was extremely helpful and polite.

I enjoy my stay at the Bay View Park. They have a nice buffet breakfast and the restaurant for any meal is good. Over all my stay was very good.

The hotel catered my husband's request for a non-carpet room because hubby had some scent sensitivity discomforts. Hotel personnel were quick in their assistance. Room price was reasonable. Breakfast buffet was very good. Taxi assistance was very good at reasonable price. Overall we had a comfortable stay.
