Excellent guest services personnels. From our arrival the guy offered us bottled water, to check-in(Aaron) to luggage assistance(Dewey) everything was well coordinated and smooth. Aaron even gave us free welcome drinks at the bar and showed us all our options to make our stay even more convenient for esp for timers. You guys deserve more than 5 stars!!! We will definitely book again everytime we come and visit manila (makati area).. this is definitely one of the best fairmont hotel experience ever!

What an amazing hotel! We loved the location in the modern and bustling Makati central business district. The area felt very safe and walkable with great malls and parks in the area. A stark contrast to Manila and the old town. The room was large and spacious and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was as well with a great shower and a soaking tub. We had breakfast included and what a spread! It was delicious and plentiful, perhaps over the top. The service was impeccable and the staff were always so gracious, kind and serviable. I will stay here over and over again on future returns to Manila.

Stayed for a night only. The hotel is outstanding. The room was very clean, mini bar fully stacked, had ward robes, bathroom complete with personal hygiene kits. Room was equipped with iphone chargers, and the lights, AC, can be controlled from one location next to bed. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was super friendly, nice and accommodating. The room was immaculate and very comfortable.
