We stayed here for 10 nights. We will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect, Greenbelt is just across the street. The hotel is very clean, breakfast buffet is very good, all the staff - we commend them, in Alfred's, 27th flr, reception, housekeeping, parking, bellboys, security, great job! I absolutely love this hotel. I’ve stayed in many hotels in the area and this is the best. Service is amazing, rooms are great, bedding is so comfy. I love how in a daily basis the really clear your room (including mopping). Food is good and the gym and spa are great

pleasant in general, but wouldn't rate it 5star. the lobby is not appealing, hardly a place to sit to meet guests or lounge around for drinks before going up to the room. seats were simply lined up against the wall from the door to the concierge, like in train stations or clinics. could do better. great shopping location though.

My maid. (Male walked in us 2x when we were naked and had do not disturb light light. The pool was so full of chemicals my wife had to go to the dermatologist 6900 peso the food was mostly very average but the club level free food was terrible the charged me 4600 peso for early check in the room was not restocked. The last day when we were leaving after 1 week. The maid Rudolf actually cleaned are room well. But to little to late. The management the front seat and the people who run this place are out of touch. I would rather stay actosdvtgdd ed street for 1/2 the price. New World hotel or the four seasons i hear the hear tgdcShangri is nice but farther from the Green belt mall This hotel is a 2-3 and the is generous very expensive for what you get. Or in other words a rip off the lobby is small and hot over crowded and very uncomfortable!!

The hotel is clean, the service great and the location excellent. My only complaint is they have terrible elevator service and being on a higher floor I often had to wait minutes for an elevator.
