The staff is great, the breakfast included could been a better selection. The deluxe suites are huge and extremely comfortable. Our suite was noisy cause the window was not closed properly and when trying it was broken on the tracks. We did not notice this till late in my vacation. The hotel is with in walking distance to a small mini mall & the railway train station. PS. When checking in have someone come and inventory the mini bar, we never touched anything but when checking out they tried to charge me for 2 beers missing.
The people who work here are what makes this property so wonderful. I arrived late and they fixed my issue right away . I would definitely recommend this hotel to someone staying in manila
I like the cleanliness and the staff are very friendly and helpful , good room size and comfortable bed good , breakfast was fantastic , I got a great deal for what I paid for I want thank the entire staff for making our stay comfortable.

It's a nice upscale hotel at a low price. However, there was strange body odor coming from the toilet. I believe staff did not properly clean it with bleach.
Stayed overnight— everything was perfect (quick check-in, clean room, nice breakfast, courteous staff), but the bed was so hard and uncomfortable.
No hot water in shower. Nonstop leaking water on the bathroom floor.
Highly recommend, stayed at this hotel about 6 or 7 times now with my family. The staff have consistently excelled in customer service and nothing is ever an issue.
Place is loud..I could not sleep a wink. The Hotel is nicely furnished and has good amenities. But the area is not very good -- there are no stores, restaurants or bars nearby. Very few taxis can find this place.
