Great staff clean rooms great location not far from LRT!!!! Mel and Angeline were very helpful staff members. Complementary breakfast was great. There is a great dental clinic across the street…A.O.M Dental just in case you have an emergency like I did.

This is the 2nd year ive stayed here. Last year was great this year not so much. The breakfast amazing the consumer service exceeded expectations. But where the problems lie are with the wifi and the cleaners. The wifi was spotty and slow and when we told the front desk all they stated was the internet was working just fine. Then the house keepers didnt clean our room after they came at 10am yo clean and we werent ready yet and asked them to come back in a hour. We were gone at 11 and came back at 7pm and the room hadnt been cleaned at all.

This is a great hotel, but needs some updating.. the mattress is hard & lumpy, shower tile grouts are dark & grimy, towel racks are falling off the wall etc. But service is friendly, room rates are fair, pool is inviting, and the aircon is cold!

Herald Suite Solana has alot to offer. For the needs of our constant visit to Makati, its location was convenient. The entire staff is helpful, courteous and just service minded. All requests were attended to in a timely manner. The rooms are clean and tidy, but there's always room for improvement. Create a monthly audit on maintenence issues. Light bulbs needs to be changed to brighter ones. All shower heads needs to be cleaned and disinfected. All bathroom walls need to be inspected for molds. These are minimal concern of mine but that's where I would start to make ones stay more impressive. This hotel is highly recommended.
