If you need to be at St Lukes Global City, this place can’t be beat. Yes it’s a little worn and minimal amenities but it’s clean, staff are very friendly and helpful and it includes a decent breakfast buffet.

Comfortable stay at F1 Hotel. The hotel staff was courteous, helpful and respectful. The rooms were a good size, with all the amenities needed. Some things were broken or damaged. AC was noisy but tolerable. Excellent location for walking around BGC.

Great location and walkable to everything at High Street!

Good location. Near airport, restaurants and shopping. 200 filipino peso ($4 USD) airport to hotel. 3 large malls. Lots of 24 hr resturants.

Convenient location to airport. Taking a Grab car from airport to hotel and back was easy. Hotel is just ok. I got assigned a room at the 'Residence' level of the hotel. I stayed at the same hotel a couple of years ago and I prefer the other levels.

Positives about the hotel are as follows: walking distance to shopping centers, nice restaurants around the hotel, clean, nice friendly and helpful staff and relatively new. Some of the negatives: far from the airport, so much traffic to and from airport, elevators very inconvenient -- waiting for elevator takes forever, restaurant so expensive but not that good -- we ordered fish and it was not fresh and was too pricey for something not edible -- we were so disappointed especially after a long airplane trip and looking forward to a good satisfying meal. Bathroom shower takes a long time to warm up or to adjust -- either too cold or too hot. They should not bother guests who are resting -- housekeeping knocks at anytime - that was really annoying when guests are sleeping and do not want to be bothered. They also need to have a seating area in the concierge -- for people waiting for transportation.

I've been here twice on layovers through Manila and have been pleased. A great area and a nice, comfortable, clean hotel. Also great for the price. Would defintely stay here again. It is a bit of a trek from the airport, but what isn't in Manila.

This is a condo with a hotel in it but they have no clue how to run a hotel. Positives : nice room , good breakfast buffet, good location in the "Fort " Negatives: overprice compared to makati hotels for quality. poor hotel service, lousy wifi, extremely poor gym, many service staff speak no English including doormen, poor concierge service. I will not stay here again.

The location was very convenient considering St. Luke hospital was a 5 minute walk. The Pool, Cleaning,Dining staff and Hertz we're great but the hotel check in staff were terrible. Concierge was in the bottom floor which really should be located together with check in so that it could be easy on guest. The elevator was shared with employees therefore to get to room could be a 10 minute wait. Constant problems with our room. A smoking room was requested and provided but ventilation systems weren't working and you can't open windows. We had the floor above us restroom leak down through our restroom walls and restroom sink was leaking as well. Wifi was to be available via reservations but wifi wasn't available to our room. A pocket wifi was given to us but needed to be reloaded everyday after turning it in for 2 hours. They switched out our room after all the complaints providing us with a different room setup which my wife and I had seperate beds and our original room had a King size bed. And there was cockaroach present in our room. And everything was pretty pricey. I honestly think we could have gotten a better room rate and experience elsewhere.

Great hotel in a nice area. Was very central and the neighborhood was great to walk around. Very clean and nice with a very friendly staff

I was in Manila for business and wanted to try another hotel that would be more center of the city and the Fort area was ideal. The hotel was not however. The first impression I had on the hotel was one of confusion as the front desk was not at the front and while the words, TRANSPORTATION, was clear, where the front desk was exactly was not. I had to ask the transportation desk where it was, and they told me the 5th floor. There was a lot of people at the lobby so it was confusing as to who worked there and who were guests. Once at the 5th floor, the Concierge desk is the first thing you see, and they will gladly tell you that the front desk is around the corner - not the most Front Desk as you would like. The room itself is clean, pleasant looking and normal for a business hotel. The food was good enough and the amenities (although I wasn't able to try them) seemed to be good. The thing I didn't like with the hotel were the service personnel - it didn't seem like they knew how to deal with guests. I had an early knock on my door by someone who asked if they could check the mini bar, and when I said no, asked when they could come back to clean the room. Seeing as it was early in the morning, I didn't think it was the most opportune time to knock on customer's doors. Twice, I had returned to the room at the end of the day to see they had turned down my bed but had left the dirty dishes from breakfast or lunch in the room. The room was nice and clean, but dirty dishes were left behind. That was odd. Meeting the housekeeping crew along the hallways they would avoid greeting or meeting your eyes, and instead talk with each other. All in all, while the hotel was fine, and I'm sure once construction is done it will be more quiet, there was a lot to be desired with the service. The hotel shares the floors with residential condos as well so the elevators can get crowded.
