Quiet AC system. Clean rooms. Free waters. No restaurant, but in Malate, who cares. Nice staff. It is what it is. A basic no frills room.
The area is ready run down. There were prostitutes and transvestites everywhere . We took taxi's everywhere . Didn't feel safe walking in that area. I will go back to the Philippines, but I won't go to Manila. It sucks. The hotel was surprisingly quiet, clean and 24 hr security.
