Hotel amenities are good; staff are all hospitable. We enjoyed their breakfast buffet except the bulk of people this hotel have, it was crowded. The location is not too far of a drive to the Mall of Asia but not walkable to any other areas like convenience stores or fastfood.

Pool was unusable - filled with children and way too small for the size of the hotel, smart TVs, not available, unsecured Wi-Fi only, very cramped room. View was only OK but we had construction ropes dangling in front of our window so even that was compromised at best. Staff was really friendly though, but that was the only thing this place had going for it. I would not stay there again. I don’t think.

It was nice and clean and they had a lot to do.They also have great security.They do a bomb check of the car when you come in the property.And you have to go through metal detectors to enter the hotel!

The Hotel was Great! It’s very clean and very nice and convenient. The only problem I had was the neighbor rooms, They are really loud. I have a flight the next day and it’s just non stop and very loud. I called the front desk 9pm and told about it, they told me they will send security to check on it. But they are still loud. called at 9pm, woke up still freaking loud at 4am. Wish they had done something.

Staff was professional, helpful and kind. However, when I booked the hotel room I paid for breakfast to be included for my stay, but was told upon arrival that breakfast for anyone beyond the first person would be an extra charge. Additionally I did not think the initial hotel registration made it clear the room I selected would be having a bed that was lower to the ground than normal.
