New hotel and it's great designed, luxurious, very modern, expensive furnishings and interior. Got a free upgrade to a suite. The only thing I noticed is the shower drain is slower and unable to take longer showers as it puddles and leaks onto the bath floor

Rooms were decent, location close to the airport, but the staff let it down, especially at the restaurant they were very off putting, unprofessional, rude, disgenuine, when we asked for their managers name, their response was 'i dont know the name of the manager', front desk reception could also be improved with clear communication and faster service, also heavy security presence upon entering the hotel, this might be a Manilla wide thing , overall ok but few improvements to be made
