The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the receptionist offered outstanding, friendly service. While the property’s distance from retail stores and fast food establishments was somewhat inconvenient, the overall experience remained positive. I was, however, surprised that a hotel of this caliber did not feature a smart TV in the room. Nevertheless, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning.

New property. Only one of the towers open yet. The pool is wonderful and have a nice sauna and steam room too. Breakfast buffet with plenty of options and helpful staff. Security is tight, although a bit annoying as a guest having to get all scanned every time you enter. Location is good. Close to casino and malls.

Upon check-in, the clerk informed me about the strict hotel policy against the war of sportswear with team logos and that I needed to change. I was not wearing a team logo shirt. Instead, I was wearing a $210 Tommy Bahama polo shirt. It was obvious to me, the clerk felt offended by me.

To say the least this hotel is without doubt the best of the best. There is not a single thing that is not extremely great about this hotel. I rate it 6 stars 1 level above every other hotel i have ever stayed at including a tough competior the Grand Hyatt. They are good the Grand Westdide is GREAT. I want to thank them for how comfortable, safe, welcomed they made me feel during my stay of 15 consecutive days this present month of March 2025. Staff there are a group of friendly caring exceptional people. Other hotels should sent their staff to this hotel in Manila for some on the job training on how to treat people as professional and curtious as the do. Again thank you for making me feel at home at a place and in a country far from home.

Hotel rooms are quite small. I booked two rooms and one was completely fine in terms of cleanliness and functionality but the second room had an issue with the AC and was giving warm air with a foul smell, after telling the front desk about it, they said they would look into it but the issue remained the same. Breakfast buffet was decent. Hotel staff is very friendly.
