No hot water on shower and no breakfast
I wasn’t to happy with the hotel no bath towels or toilet tissue and the cook wasn’t there half of the time

When I get to the room I saw some insect all over the place, the bathroom there’s no soap so I need to ask somebody else to get me some…the guards downstair are really nice 👍
Check in was easy. The security guy was awesome. Helped me with the bags out of the taxi and to my room. Great service!

This hotel smell cegarettes everywhere from the non smoking bedroom down to the hallway.
The location was not the best, for walking or convenience shopping but what I needed was available and it all worked out. The shuttle service was needed. If you can sometimes handle the noise from traffic and aren't too particular it'll work for you. I do require sanitary and cleanliness and the hotel was just enough to fit that desire.
The lower mattress bed sheet had stains on it that were concealed by the regular bed sheet. At check out they ran a scam on me to get me to pay for new linens. This was my second stay and they tried the same scam the first stay. Do yourself a favor and stay at a reputable hotel.

Roaches in room, wife had to kill several in order to sleep, no hot shower, air bad. Overall, bad condition, pickup shuttle driver delayed my wife and daughter to motel for over 3 hours from airport. This is unacceptable.
The air conditioning worked. Bed was fine. But the pillows were very lumpy and uneven, causing headache. Also, the WiFi never worked the whole time I was there, despite connecting to it. It just said no internet available.
Recommend to everyone. Great service with the staff
Very good value, close to the airport, and had a blanket on the bed. Saw a couple bugs in the room, but its the Philippines and to be expected ocassionally
Cocroaches in the room crawling on the desk, bottled water, wall. Also saw one in the hallway. Checked out immediately.
Friendly staff very accommodating. The price I paid for the hotel with free breakfast is cheap.
