The hotel is in excellent location and very clean. All staff from front desk to room service are very friendly and helpful. Many different restaurants and shopping stores within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will go back.

I stayed for 6 nights and 7 days. The staff are courteous and helpful. The rooms are pretty clean. The furnitures do see aging. They should at least keep it close to new. I requested the room to be cleans once during my stay. The comforter/duvet had a stain. That is why scored them 3 stars.

It’s a great hotel and enjoyed their breakfast but the room I stayed in had this damp smell and after reporting it twice and checked by their staff, smell lingered on through our stay. Not sure what exactly they did to remedy the issue but it seems like they just sprayed the room even though they said they’d have to clean the ventilation, which only temporarily covered the smell.

location was best and close to everything - felt safe and festive while sightseeing, going out for food, drinks shopping, services like salons and many entertainment venues, the breakfast was really good with many options - really loved the arroz caldo, egg station and taho. The staff was really nice and accommodating. The view from the rooftop at sunset was nice.
