I was giving a premier room very comfortable good bed good quality bed sheets.room was very clean twice a day the room is cleaned around 9am and 7pm.the breakfast buffet is ok had better selection of food on other three star hotel.security is very tight at the hotel.friendly staff great smiles and good welcoming every time arriving at hotel.close to Robinson mall just a walking distance.the food at the hotel is over priced.you can go out short walk many restaurants near by very reasonable price.

Compared to similar hotels, breakfast buffet same stuff everyday (we stayed a week) and limited variety, they could put something new and different everyday to break the monotony. Housekeeping not good enough, my half consumed tea was untouched for 3 days until I finally had to dump it out. Checkin and checkout was quick, staff was friendly.

With in walking distance to a lot of night life Very secure !

I have stayed in a few different 4 star hotels and this was the worst of the bunch. What I did not like about this hotel is they advertise free Wi Fi and its only free for 10 hours max. That's if you stay connected for 10 hours You disconnect from the internet and your done for that day. They charge outrages prices if you want to connect back on if you leave your room. The food at the breakfast brunch was not as good as at other 4 star hotels. I stayed at this hotel back in 2011 and it was very nice. How things have changed. I will never stay there again.

this is a very nice hotel, i only wish their internet access was better. for some reason, wifi is not totally free 24/7. the staff itself is very good and helpful. however it seems as though front desk is overwhelmed at times, while other areas such as the coffee shop is over staffed. one suggestion, cross-train your staff so you can pull from other areas to help out when there is a rush of people checking in and out.

The hotel is pleasantly placed in Roxas Boulevard, manila Bay for those who do not need to stay in Makati city.

Arrived with complimentary drinks. Requested for a free room upgrade and granted by friendly staff. Room was big and clean. Friendly restaurant managers giving personal service at Corniche! Conveniently located to all, near Rizal Park, walking distance to Robinson Mall, etc.

Very nice room and location but everything are expensive

I love manila!! I met some amazing people while staying in manila.. i recommend anyone to stay at the Diamond hotel, it's clean and very upscale.. close by the ocean, And US embassy in case of emergency for americans..

The hotel was very nice, food was excellent, walking distance to the mall , staff was very nice .I would stay here again .

I stayed for one night, the front desk was not helpful at all. Very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They try to upgrade your room with many tricks. Mia and Pualo were absolutely tribble and not in a position to be in front desk with negative and irresponsible attitude. Hotel management should notice.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I stay at this hotel whenever I travel to Manila. It is a very nice location on Manila Bay!

Great location and well-appointed rooms! Comfortable and the staff were great!

We booked a premier room with breakfast at this hotel for a nearby Christmas party with my former classmates in college. The staff was helpful, we were even escorted to our room by one of the receptionists up to our room at the 22nd floor. The only mixed up was during breakfast when we were told at the ground floor level buffet restaurant that our reservation for breakfast was transferred to the 25th floor. When we arrived at the 25th floor, we were being sent back to the ground floor. We were glad that we were finally allowed breakfast at the higher floor. Overall, I would recommend staying in this hotel. As I was writing this review, I was even contemplating to book another night in February 2015.

Great hotel, clean with fascinating decors, staffs are friendly and helpful. Dining is pricey though.

I've stayed here three times but there are better hotels in area so do your research. It's close to the Us Embassy and a short walk to the mail. There are also off site restaurant services close by. One thing that disappointed me is there early check in fee. I arrived early morning and was charged 4,000 pd.

I have stayed at most of the top rated hotels in the Malate area and this one is the best. I've stayed here several times and the experience has been consistently good.
