Nice and they have a free ride going to some areas

We had a nice upgrade for no additional fee. The hotel is priced right, given that we booked the same day. The service was great! Perfect location as well, a quick walk to the mall.

I will highly revommend this hotel-Crimson! This is like my HOME HOTEL EVERYTIME I GO BACK ON MY COUNTRY I STAYED HERE FROM THE TIME I ARRIVED FROM THE AIRPORT UNTIL I GO BACK AGAINTO USA! Very THANK YOU TO MS DAISY BAUTISTA, MJ FOR THEIR CONTINUOUS GREAT SERVICE AND BEING NICE! Special mention also to ROYCE AND PAU AT CAFE 8 who always GAVE THEIR WARM SMILE EVRYTIME WE HAF OUR BUFFET BREAKFAST!! All these people makes me feel like a FAMILY!! I hope to see you again next yr for my 2 weeks vacation! This was my 4th trip to Alabang, Manila within the last 12 months. I have stayed at Crimson for the most recent 3 trips. The staff at Crimson are all genuine, polite, and professional, which made my stays at Crimson comfortable and to a certain extent personalized. I have never had such experiences at any other hotels. I have called Crimson my home away from home. I won't write a lot about Crimson at this time, but I will drop a few words from time to time whenever I get a chance. From Crimson to the office is about 1 km. If weather permits, walking is not a problem. But most of the time, it is either too hot and/or humid or raining. Hence, transportation is necessary. Under the circumstances, Crimson arranged compliment transportation for me. Every morning I will be driven to the office. After work, I would give the hotel transportation department a call and the driver would be there within 10 minutes to pick me up. I feel like I am enjoying the VIP privilege. I am grateful and I cannot take the great service for granted. All the drivers are very nice and professional, especially Mr. Eddy. We always have meaningful conversations whenever he is driving. I have learned a lot about the Philippines culture, about the people, about Manila and the local Alabang from him. I thought he is a very young guy, but it turned out that his son is already in college. I wish him and his family all the good luck! Many thanks to the Crimson transportation team!

I am really surprised. This hotel staff was rude. When I tried to check in they did not know how to use their computer system to confirm my reservation; humiliating my partner in front of a group of customers. The air-conditioner in the room did not work. The iron was faulty. The fridge would not get cold at all. I guess the staff did not care to even check the condition of the rooms. They dont even have a decent mirror in the room. No hair dryer either. Would not care to stay there again. 5 stars huh? more like 5 rotten tomatoes. I can’t believe that the delegates from the Asian Summit stayed in this place.

Very accessible to the airport and nearby malls. The room is ok but they should clean toilets well. For some safety issue, the shower stall is quite dangerous for elderly as no hand rails inside and the flooring is marble. It can potentially cause a fall from slipping down when it’s wet. Otherwise, it’s a good place to stay.

The hotel is so clean , cool , relaxing . The highest quality . The security is very strong and secure . Sitting in the lobby is so relaxing with a water fountain and music . I don’t know anywhere in the Philippines that is better than staying at a crimson hotel or resort . The staff is very pleasant and accommodating though slow at times . Slow at times but I guess your there to relax.

I stayed for only 1 night but it was comfortable, there was a pool wedding reception when I check in so I was t able to use the pool so I was disappointed. Otherwise everything is good.

Friendly staff. Clean and very nice room. Great location. Restaurant was a little pricey for the quality of food. Room service menu was nice and food was fairly priced with good service. Checking out was time consuming and had some staff that we're not really well trained and slow. But overall a nice hotel and good experience overall. 4.5 out of 5. And would definitely stay there again.

Near to shopping mall so enjoy shopping and local market as well
