The place was clean. It was ok. It took time though for the staff to prepare our room. Our reservation was done a week prior to the booked date- so we were expecting that the room will be prepared on or before the time. But we had to wait and we had to make multiple follow ups. The room air-conditioning was bad. It was hot in the room (again, the hotel was not prepared enough). We had our management strat planing at Parque and the room was beyond warm. It was hot and we were all sweaty. I had to call for an extra electric fan but they instead sent a staff to check the AC, it was still warm and there was no fan. The staff were polite and nice enough though. Thanks!
Upon checking in, we saw the room and the floor was very oily to the point that one could slip on it. Tried calling for room service but the phone was busted, had to use the one inside one of the rooms. One room smelled like it was newly painted, and the other rooms were so so. It is an old apartment, so don't expect so much. Breakfast was a disaster, the set up on the rood deck was outside and it was so hot, so we had to transfer to the set up on the lobby; here we experienced a poor service frok one of their employees, coffee was terrible as well as the food choices. The worst hotel/ apartment I've ever stayed in. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
The hotel was nice. We enjoyed staying here , the room was clean and neat, and the food during the buffet breakfast was great because we were on the rooftop of the hotel. The rest of the staff was nice and friendly.
We had our Sales Meeting here a couple of weeks ago, we rented a function room to be use for our meeting, when we arrived the aircon is not functioning we asked for a maintenance to check and we waited for an hour , surprisingly no one from the staff ask if we want to transfer to the other room since we are late for our schedule and we are sweating already. After an hour we asked to be transfer to the other room which we also waited for another half an hour because they need to fix the room first. Came lunch time, we schedule our lunch at 12nn but since we started late we had our lunch at 1:30 pm, they serve us cold and dry chicken parmigiana which most of us did not finished .. well hello! at least put it in the microwave first before serving it to us! The worst part of the meeting is when we came back to the function room the person holding the key for the room is missing they tried looking for him in the radio but no answer, again we waited standing on front of the door for almost 30 minutes! Again waste of time! Even if the staff are friendly ad the location is better than other hotel in the area it will compensate the poor service of this hotel.
Parque Espana is always the first chosen getaway my family chooses Why? because of it's location a non polluted environment where you'll see greens still when you look outside your window. My family love to eat home cook foods and here we can still enjoy our favorite homecook dishes served hot and fresh because you can cook special breakfast lunch and dinner and even merienda to your family. The place is not congested and to top good and friendly staff. And another perk since recently we added a new member in our family our furbaby guess what your furbabies can also spend quality time with you at Parque Espana.
I am enjoying my stay the stuff was really so friendly the room was superclean I use the kitchen they have everything I need room service was so good Every time I visit Manila this is going to be my hotel
We tried to check in as early as 2pm unfortunately the room wasnt ready yet so we have to come back at 3pm. Check in process took us 15mins only unlike in previous reviews we’ve read. The room was very clean and spacious. Great value for money
Can accommodate a big family. Just have to comment on the iron, there is no adapter to plug in outlet so it can't be used. But over all, I love the place, the garden in the roof top where I avail my free breakfast was so nice.
My family spent the Christmas Eve here and enjoyed every bit our stay here. I love how big the rooms are, and that it has its own kitchen. I love how the ambiance made us feel like we’re still home. And despite that we are in a hotel, we were able to still prepare the traditional dishes because the kitchen has a complete equipment (i.e Oven, Stove, Microwave). The rooms are newly renovated, so din’t judge it by the way it looks from the outside. The place was so spacious that we were able to play games. Too bad we only booked for a night. We will definitely go back here.
I was in Alabang for a domestic assignment in Polaris. Parque was my home for about 3 months and it was good experience staying in this hotel. The rooms are spacious the way it is. The food is really affordable when you dine at Bistro del Cielo located at the rooftop. A view of alabang skyline and the metro will be a good sight while waiting for the foods. The swimming pool is small but it can relax you since you can swim while having star gazing. You can maintain your physique at the gym located near the reception area at the lobby. The staffs are are really accomodating from front desk, the drivers and the room service personnel. It was indeed a pleasant 3 months stay in Parque. :)
