Hotel is a little outdated. Rooms needs a modern update, esp the bathroom. Staff are excellent. They provide really great customer service!

.security is awesome, staff was perfectly accommodating, suite size n layout just right - could use another arm chair in the livingroom.. totally enjoyed my stay in suite 1409

We had a good stay. I booked a two bedroom for me and my friends and had to book another room on the same day. I was pleased that they were able to accommodate. The only thing I noticed was that the elevator wait was pretty long. The elevators were too busy to cater to all the guests and so there were also delays with luggage up or down services.

The hotel is very convenient and close to the shopping mall and accessible to the freeway

Staff appear to be genuinely nice to hotel guests. Our room was big, gym was adequate, nothing bad to say about the hotel.

I stayed at Vivere for 16 nights last month. My experience has been excellent. The hotel was clean and my stay was comfortable. However, the most important was the personal touch the management and staff had performed. On my birthday, upon coming back to my room, a cake, candle, card, and a box of matches were on the table waiting for me. I was deeply moved by the wording on the card. I really appreciated the warm words and everything they have done. Every morning I went up to the 31st floor for breakfast. Kristy, the hostess, was always very nice to greet me and everybody else. For the first couple of days, she needed to ask my name and my room number. Starting the third day, she had been greeting me with my first name and never asked my room number again. Considering there were so many guests breakfasting everyday, it is really not a easy job to remember names and room numbers. But Kristy did it. This showed home much effort she had put into her professional job. Another Lady sitting at the desk close to the elevator (sorry I did not get her name) was also very professional and extremely nice and helpful. Many thanks to her and the whole team working on the floor. They made my stay very enjoyable. I am looking forward to going back.

Great stay in the hotel. Breakfast have wide variety of food choices.

Overall good. Service of the concierge and lobby staff are excellent. The gym staff Francis is exceptional. The Nest food is good but had a bad experience with a particular waiter who was abrupt and rude.
