Shame on this stupid, greedy, insensitive hotel! Don’t stay here if you’re a good person who should give your business to good, deserving people instead. They don’t care about you! They just want your money! We had booked three nights at this money hungry dump when we got the shock and surprise like everyone Sunday January 12th that Volcano Taal had erupted, which forced millions to have to evacuate the city of Manila and closer areas in jeopardy. It was beyond our control that our flight was canceled to enter Manila therefore we could not check in. We had to make so many changes and cancellations that added to our stress because of our lack of funds! You would think they’d understand, have some compassion for their people and allow us to get our money back or at least some sort of credit- something. Nope, instead they ignored my emails. The only email they responded to was of course when I had asked them the day before our check in day if it’d be possible for an early check in where they quickly responded and said they’d charge me almost as much as a night stay there. Anyway, you get the point. They’re money driven and horrible, heartless people. They contribute to the ugly greed in this world when all this time I really thought the people of the Philippines were better than that. I now never, ever want to visit The Philippines anymore because of these people’s self absorbed, greedy actions. I will never, ever give business to people like you ever again. Shame on you!!!

Me and my fiancee have stayed in this hotel last year and never disappoint us with the service and the cleanliness at the hotel. We were lucky enough to check in a little early as expected and the staff was courteous enough to give us our room. The room was clean for as well i love the bathroom on how you can see out the view of the city. The breakfast options were limited but satisfying for the price it gets. I was at awe when upon checkout we were met by the manager of the Front Desk to send us off and letting us know how was everything. Overall, an Excellent stay in this hotel. Kudos to all the staff

I chose to stay in Azumi knowing that it is close to a lot of restaurants and malls. It is along the national highway so it is easy to get here.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, there was needed repairs. First night there was no hot water, main shower head didn't work. The hot water was fixed in 20 minutes, shower head the next day. Had no complimentary breakfast. Only hotel I have stayed at that did include breakfast. Taxi drivers had no clue where hotel was, had to give directions to all the drivers. The area around the hotel is nice. Get a couple of blocks away you where in the slums. The restaurant attached to hotel was very good, food was delicious.

hotel is ok, staff are excellent, room is clean, hotel is expensive for what i expect. location is ok, could be better in a more quiet location, address hard to locate by taxi drivers.

Staff were excellent, room is clean, linen smells fresh, needs to provide hair blower, paper towel, at least 1 extra toilet paper, unsuccessful telephone calls were charge.

Enjoyed my stay. Great staff, nice view on the roof of the city. Nice getting outside the Manila smog.

The hotel is convenient in the area and it has a good feel with the ambiance. The pool is relaxing while having a breathtaking view of alabang. The front desk staff were nice especially Angel as she helped us access the penthouse where the pool was while we were waiting for check in. She was kind enough to give us an early check in. Kudos to Angel. I recommend this hotel for leisure travellers and budget travellers

nice alternative when flying into manila
