Positives- staff was excellent. Friendly, very helpful in every aspect. I mentioned that it was my daughter’s birthday and the pool attendant asked her if my daughter received a free slice and of birthday cake. He told me to contact the front desk. The doormen and parking attendant were awesome. Just a great staff. Sauna and steam room- great additions. So jice to sit and relax there. Pool was nice. Chlorinated enough not to worry about bacteria. Shower before you swim. Cool lights for night swimming. Not too deep for kids to swim. Nice view. Negatives- not enough parking. Had to valet park when more guests were checking in. Stricter regulations for swim wear. I know it is in the Philippines, I know Filipinos cover up their bodies… modesty and jot wanting to get darker skin. However, there is a level of hygiene that needs to be met. Wearing jean shorts and long sleeve shirts as swim wear only adds dirt to pools. Also the number of cell towers hone carriers into the pool for selfies is ridiculous. Having to worry to have water accidentally splashing on the numerous people in the pool taking pictures is annoying. Overall, a great place for a very good price.

The property is very nice and located very close to Okada Casino. The hotel is very inviting and very clean. This hotel is like it's in the US. That's how great it is.
