Great service and well worth the price. Nicely located only 10 minutes walk from Ayala mall which has everything and great eating places. The room walls were a bit thin as we could hear people talking next door. But overall good deal for the price!

Worst check-in experience of my entire life and I travel a lot. Took almost an hour to get checked in. Check-in was at three I got to the hotel at four. didn’t get my room until 4:55. They also advertise free airport shuttle but there’s no way to contact the hotel and I sent them a message two days before regarding how to arrange for pick up and they never got back to me

The room was great. Only issue we had was the bathroom. Wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Skipped most of the edges on the floor and counter top. Also the tiles in the shower did not drain properly. It tended to overflow on the outside of the shower stall. It gets pretty slippery when soap hits the tile floor. That's why I thought I would give it a 4 instead of five stars. Love the breakfast though we really enjoyed that. I still would recommend it to our friends.

The room and lobby did not fully match what was posted online. Breakfast was average, and there were times when plates ran out. It would help to have a staff member monitoring the breakfast area to restock food promptly and keep the serving and drinks areas clean, as they became messy at times.

The check-in process was absolutely terrible! While I understand that the hotel was busy during the holiday season, the wait to check-in was over 2 hours. There were only 4 front desk workers for 100+ people in line. At one point, 2 of the workers started taking guests from a shorter VIP line where there were approx. 20 people waiting. It wasn't until I complained to a manager lingering in the background that they should have 1 person to service the VIP line and 3 work to work the main crowd which continued to grow. The manager didn't address my concerns and just ignore me. However, one of the front desk workers handling the VIP line overheard and started to call over people from the main line. I truly felt bad for the front staff who was absolutely doing their best to move patrons thru the check-in process as quickly as possible. They were great. However, the overall hotel organization was a disaster. They could have done more in preparation as their systems do indicate how many check-ins and check-outs would be taking place. I understand there are only so many terminals. However, they could have emailed their patrons that there could be a wait, this may have helped spaced out when people arrived at the hotel. At the very least they could have had staff to speak the patrons in line, offer up water, hold their place in line to use the restroom, etc. It was a terrible experience and overshadows all other aspects of the hotel.
