Worst check-in experience of my entire life and I travel a lot. Took almost an hour to get checked in. Check-in was at three I got to the hotel at four. didn’t get my room until 4:55. They also advertise free airport shuttle but there’s no way to contact the hotel and I sent them a message two days before regarding how to arrange for pick up and they never got back to me

It was better than what we expected. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping are proactive in responding to our requests. Pool, bars, and gym were good, too. The restrooms by the gym were surprisingly appealing. They can improve on adding more selections for meals available in their café.

I arrived at the hotel late at night and was told that they did not have a room with two beds, which was a huge problem because my traveling companion is also an old man and we have never slept in beds with other men! I had reserved a room of two beds and they simply did not help me out. This was a huge problem because neither one of us got much sleep. I would like to request a total refund for this night. I am also considering canceling our stay when we return to Manila from the islands. Please help

Room was horrible... there's a lot of molds in the toilet. then had requested to move to other room. We thought that we can sleep comfortably in the other room but the smell is terrible. Instead of staying 2 nights we had decided to check out in the following day and book a day to another hotel.

Room was clean and simple. Check in was slow because it was busy and only 2 check in counters were open. Shower water pressure and hot water temperature is excellent. The bathroom floor can be slippery when wet so be careful. Like the hanger space in the room and the window view with no ledge is great. Breakfast buffet is 999PHP quite costly for the food that was offered. Breakfast room was small compared to the size and amount of guests- there was a waitlist to dine at peak hours. Airport shuttle is every hour and a half only. I saw the pool from my window which looks great but I didn’t use it due to my length of stay. Besides that I haven’t seen other amenities.
