Great property. BUT, one reason we chose this hotel is for the free shuttle. BUT, to get a pickup I read I had to call the hotel and the phone number would be provided on the booking confirmation. BUT, what was provided was only the landline number. If you ever want more foreigners to come to Kingsford, you need to provide a cell phone number. Everyone in the Philippines knows you can’t call a landline from a cell phone but foreigners don’t. I didn’t carry my landline phone in my pocket. So I had to arrive at Kingston by GRAB.😳 😩. Your free shuttle was useless to me getting out of the airport.

Appears to be a fairly new property. Beds were great, small but nice pool, inexpensive and decent restaurant on ground floor as well as a bar/coffee bar in lobby. Close to airport and they have a free airport shuttle. Only downside is area surrounding is mostly other large hotels, not a lot else but we didn't really try to explore options other than what as available in hotel. Perfect for layover.

I absolutely love this hotel—it truly exceeded my expectations in terms of service. My check-in with Leah was seamless, and I really appreciated Sean’s from conceirge help with navigating the Grab app, which was a huge help throughout my trip. The housekeepers, security staff, and everyone in the food and beverage team were all outstanding. I can tell that the entire team is trained to deliver 5-star service in a 4-star setting. The location is also perfect, with easy access to both MOA and the airport. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it to others.

The rooms were clean well lit and there were refillable pitchers for hot and cold water. Everything worked. The air conditioning, lights, hot water pitchers, USB ports, toilet, shower has hot water. The staff are well dressed in their uniforms and are very courteous and helpful. Our late check-in was no problem and our many bags and boxes were brought up to our rooms with no problems.
