Worst check-in experience of my entire life and I travel a lot. Took almost an hour to get checked in. Check-in was at three I got to the hotel at four. didn’t get my room until 4:55. They also advertise free airport shuttle but there’s no way to contact the hotel and I sent them a message two days before regarding how to arrange for pick up and they never got back to me

The staff for the most part was friendly and helpful, but the masseuse’s attitude and skills left a lot to be desired. There is zero control for the air conditioning in room, it’s a centralized system with only fan speed adjustment in room. I woke up soaked in sweat every night even with the fan speed set on max. Even the hallways were absolutely sweltering. The lobby has gimmicky sales people constantly bothering you about buying a condo in Manila. I doubt I will stay there again, there’s a lot of hotels that are just as nice if not nicer for less money and you can control the room temp. It’s not a bad walk to the Okada for a decent cup of coffee though.

My only issue this hotel has no internet even though they say they do they dont as we got and engineer to look at the tv because we wanted to watch netflix or youtube and was told there was no internet at all in the whole big ass building disapointing.

The staff are friendly and willing to help. We had a clean room but a little bit small. They only provide 2 towels no face towels. I didn’t get the chance to use the swimming pool but it seems okey. I included the breakfast and it was good. I will stay here again bec it’s close to the airport.

The staff and the room were fine, but I seriously question the safety and security of this building. At 2:00am, I was woken up by something I will never forget. Someone was trying to open my room door using a key card. At first, I assumed it was an honest mistake by another guest—but they kept scanning the card and turning the doorknob repeatedly. They did not stop until I screamed loudly. I was absolutely terrified. I immediately called the front desk, but no one answered. About 30 minutes later, at around 2:30am, I received a loud knock on my door from someone claiming to be “luggage delivery”—at 2:30 in the morning??? I looked through the peephole and saw a man wearing a red shirt with no luggage at all. This entire experience was extremely frightening and traumatic, and it left me feeling very unsafe. For a hotel, security should be the bare minimum, and this stay failed badly in that regard.
