Very good for a quick stopover before catching your next flight. The staff were very helpful. Room was clean & comfortable for an overnight sleepover. Definitely a recommended budget stay for an overnight stay.

It is not far from International arrivals, so you can get a "Grab" or even a taxi. It isn't easy to find and it is on a narrow street full of people, kids and dogs in the evening. But you get out and walk up to the desk and they will take care of you. They will even get some food for you if it is late or you don't want to venture out, like Jollibee or McDonalds. As is the case in nearly all asian run hotels in the Philippines, the key card is attached to another card that fits in a slot next to the door which turns on the lights and the A/C. So the room will be warm and you have to wait for awhile for it to cool down. Most rooms do not have a refrigerator or a microwave. But they have hot and cold water. The hot water is provided by an "in-line" heater in the shower mounted on the wall. When it detects the hot water valve opening, it will heat the water. You don't have to mess with it. They will get you a taxi if you do not have "Grab" (an Uber type service). Most of these hotels are just to sleep in overnight. It is clean and smells good. There are never any wash cloths (hand cloths) because that is not a "thing" here. So, it is good to bring one over here if you need to wash "normally" or get a scrungee at a local store. Always arrive at the airport early for any flights. There are ALWAYS some delays because it is in the middle of several countries with airlines who don't really have a concept of service and keeping a time schedule like we do in the USA and other countries. Don't forget, if you haven't paid for your carry on bags if you are flying domestic in the Philippines, it will cost a lot more than pre-paying. Try to pay with pesos too, it is faster and easier for them if you forgot to prepay. they have a limit in KG of 8KG for carry-on. So, when you weigh the carry-on and it is over, stuff the heavy stuff in your pockets! Ha! I wouldn't have done that, but I was in a pickle and and the lady told me to do it. It is probably frowned up though, so, Caveat emptor. When you go back to the airport (Manila) you will be screened when you first come into the airport. Have your passport ready then. After you get your ticket, you will go through the real screening before you go to the gates. As always, while in the Philippines, keep your wits about you, stay with your group and avoid going out at night if at all possible unless you know the area.

We spent one night here before we left the Philippines and loved the AC, we spent most of our time in bed getting ready for our long-haul flight. Overall it was a great stay, the room was clean, and the balcony was convenient to check out the weather. The water was terrible and had a nasty odor. Nothing the hotel could have done, it's just a problem in Manilla, but we were thankful the shop was just across the road for beverages and snacks.

This is everything that you need if you have a late flight in or early flight out. It's clean and rather quiet for this location. Plus the price is very attractive (so don't expect luxury treatment, just welcome it with a smile).

I arrived at 1am after an 18 hour flight, so just wanted a place to stay. Precooked on Agoda for a budget price. Room was clean, but basic, and was ok for an overnight stay. Close to the airports terminal 1.

Bad experience! and definitely not worth your money. We arrived on a very late flight and wanted to stay close to the airport for the night. We found Red Doorz as it was cheap 13USD and close to the airport. Our flight was delayed because of the bad weather and we arrived at 3 AM at the hotel. No problem as they have 24 hour front desk. The woman beehind the counter was clearly not happy to see us. When we said that we would like a room she charged us 33 USD, we protested as this was not the price mentioned online. She said that because we are “walk-ins” the price is higher. That made no sennce to us. We had no choice as it was close to 4AM. We got a room close to the reception. About the room: the bed was extreemly small for 2 people(maybe 120 cm) and hard. The doors were paper thin and we heard everything that was happening in the hall way. We did not have a good night rest and were out of 33USD. We are fulltime trevellers and do not complain easy. But what really dossapointed us is the staffs attitude. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.
