Great palce to stay close to airports and mall of asia

Older hotel, beautifully dated. The great staff makes it a better hotel. Rooms are adequately furnished. I would stay there again when in Manila.

This hotel is too old need major repairs or dismantle it.

The hotel is in a good location, near the airport. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is good. Our check in took some time, as the staff are unable to find our reservation right away. There were other guests in the lobby with complaints too while we were checking in. It should have been our warning sign. Room is hot (unable to adjust A/C). The bed is not comfortable at all, it was really hard to sleep in. There were bugs in the room. You can see the rooms are really old, and not managed well. It was disappointing as my experience from this hotel 3 years back was amazing. But our recent stay was really not what we were expecting. We only stayed for less than 10 hours as the hotel was close to the airport, and our flight was early in the morning. If we had more time, we would have gone somewhere else.

A solid four. Hotel staff professional. Walking distance to restaurants or dine in. Close to airport. Internet solid.

Pleasant hotel, average amenities, close to Mall of ASIs and several Vegas style casinos.

I need to pass along what my wife just sent me about the Heritage Hotel. She is from the Philippines and not picky. But, when we spend over $300 for two nights she is annoyed with the state of the room. She is complaining to the Manager but I wanted to tell you also. Her words "This is a disgusting 5 star hotel. Maybe 2 stars". See the attached pics of her room. I booked a two star hotel for her brothers wife and it is heads and shoulders over the Heritage.

Loved the room, the bed, and a delightful morning buffet!! Had looked forward to our stay, and certainly was not disappointed!!!

Easy to find with easy check-in. All WiFi, parking (we had a van from the provinces), and breakfast were included in our reservation. Room roomy with king bed. We had an issue with air conditioning after returning from an evening out that led us to have housekeeping replace the sheets on the bed - which they did promptly and without complaint. Breakfast buffet style with many choices.

The staff was pretty good friendly people hotel is nice and clean. Food was good wide variety in the buffet order menu was much better. Security was excellent and they even make sure taxi drivers don't scam you

Courteous staff, hotel a little bit old, clean room,

When got got sick. I was able to see a hotel physician who was able to provide me with treatment. The treatment and care I recieved was great.

Staff go above and beyond expectation. Breakfast was outstanding.

This hotel is self rated at 4 stars. The front desk staff has some good members & others are poorly trained or poorly supervised. They don't listen well. The cleaning staff is lazy. This hotel is not like it was 3 years ago. It is getting run down now & the employees have bad attitude now

It was excellent and staff was friendly and I like it bec they provide breakfast with my stay.

This hotel , it's staff is first rate, rooms are big and comfortable, breakfast is excellent

Fantastic hotel experience. Everything was as advertised.

I was just in town for a stopover, so I really only needed a place to sleep for a few hours. I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport. The hotel room was clean and suitable for a short stay. The front door staff helped to flag down a cab (expect to pay about P200 to get there -- and carry small bills with you). Would certainly stay here again for a short stopover -- takes only about 5-10 mins to get to T2.

Very nice hotel and very accommodating personnel and very convenient place to stay on...away from home

Hotel is average for price, location convent. I would stay here again.
