Being an old building and publicly advertised as fully renovated / rehabilitate hotel through social media, my wife and i decided to book for 3 days stay. From checking in to the last day of our stay, here our full review. their front desk staff are execellent ( very accomodating ) but once weve got inside the hotel rooms, were totally disappointed what weve seen. It is not the same rooms or same place what theyve posted on social media. Rooms are old, amenities such as washrooms badly need of full complete renovation and to make it worse the badtubs are not clean let alone have hairs around it from the previous guest. Their entertainment media units have seen better days and it only have limited or very few channels to watched and the worse thing is they dont have any netflix or any video flatforms that you can watch with. Sadly, sogo have better facility than what im paying for this stay. All in all, staff are execellent but the facility itself needed to be renovated or complete rehabilitation to be able to compete with neighboring cheap hotels.

Very clean and modern. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. The buffet breakfast was definitely among the best I've seen,, very fresh fruit, made to order eggs and omelets. And for any US Veterans coming to visit the Manila VA Clinic, its a very short taxi ride away.
