The poor experience started the moment we checked in. The front desk employee offered to hold the shuttle to MOA while we checked in our luggage. The shuttle left without us so we had to take Grab to MOA. Upon returning to the hotel the front desk employee told us they would deliver the luggage to our room. The luggage never arrived, and upon contacting front desk we discovered they lost our luggage receipt. The next morning the staff informed us that my wife was not covered to eat breakfast and would have to pay additional. I spoke with the Manager asking if we could pay what Expedia charged for the breakfast add-on which was 295 pesos, but the manager refused to honor that price and made us pay 1080 pesos. Later that day the housekeeping removed the towels from the room but did not provide clean towels. My wife took a shower and was unable to dry off. I called the front desk to request a towel and it never arrived. I had to track down an employee in the hallways to get a towel. The stay here was not pleasant. The staff is not helpful, the managers are not accommodating, and you may want to bring extra towels since it seems they have a laundry issue.
