Great hotel that provides shuttle to the MOA. Convenient location. Service was excellent. The only flaw is not walk friendly as you need to cross the bridge/road to get to convenient stores and fast food

Surrounding area is very busy and dies not look like a good place to walk aroiund. They do have a free mall shuttle. The hotel itself is older and well used but clean. The pool is a little hard to access. Watch that first step.

Due to current renovation/painting, I had a very tough time. I am severely allergic to strong paint smell. Initially, they put us on the 7th floor but due to the very strong paint smell, they moved us to room 525. The room was very dusty. It was a very old, dusty carpeting, dilapidated bathroom. Very disappointing considering our loyalty to this hotel. We have been staying here for as long as I can remember but I might consider other hotel options on our next visit. Staff could have done a better job putting us in a better room.
