We didn’t get the room as advertised. The photo in the advertisement showed a room with a king bed and a couch. There was no couch in the room. Also, the bathroom did not have a fan, so it was very steamy in the bathroom when taking a shower. The TV channels for watching TV is very limited. However, the hotel is very nice with very friendly staff and an excellent location if you are wanting to be around the mall of Asia.

A 4 star trying to gain 5 star, needs a lot of improvement to get there. The people/staff, all friendly and helpful. The rooms and furnishings are quite old, albeit there are renovations underway... The renovated rooms are considerably higher in price. The menus are ok, the actual food is just ok. Breakfast buffet is good, needs to include some western breakfast meats - otherwise, fairly nice options available.
