Second stay at this property. Each time it has been exceptional. I love the location and proximity to NAIA and Mall of Asia. Executive Suite is my room choice, works well for me.

I was checking out and I asked the hotel clerk if I could have a Midas ink pen as I collect pens from hotels I stay in. She said NO we do not let guests have our pens. Truly unbelieveable! They cant be that expensive and the advertisement value would be well worth it. I just think it very cheap fir a 4 star hotel.

The bathroom lavatory won’t drain and see some bugs crawling in our bed

Midas offers great service whenever I checked in there.

Some technical difficulties. Specifically the in room deposit box needed batteries changed. Some issue with the water. Slow internet. Good breakfast.

I have stayed at at least 100 hotels in Manila. This is by far the best for the space and money. More important the Concierge Jon helped me with things that nobody else would have bothered. Just in case the hotel reads this. Promote Jon. Even though I rate your hotel the best. IF Jon is not there or promoted I will not be back :-)

From the moment I saw the hotel, I immediately realized it wasn't as pictured on the website. The building was old in need of upgrade and repair. The hotel lobby is really nice however, once you reach the rooms, it's a totally different look and feel. Again, the hotel is old and creepy. I was very disappointed when I first saw the building because it wasn't what is pictured on the websites.

Exceeded our expectation. From the staff to the food to the room we stayed in. Everything was perfect. Nothing to complain about, really. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel room is comfortable with adequate facilities. Although we requested for a bed preference, the staff was not able to give us our requested room. The room is just right for the relatively cheap price for the hotel.

Its valuable hotel. Room was clean and fresh . All Staff were kind. I slept 1 night in near motel horribly dirty. When I came here I felt like in heaven.

I was warmly welcomed by the hotel staff and were impressed with the services and positive attitude they provided throughout my stay in Midas Hotel & Casino. They provided me with professional services when they were called upon to response to my requests. The wi-fi connectivity within the hotel was intermittent and was having difficulty to connect to the internet at most of the times. Needed to improve this area. Overall experience, great trip. Kudos to all staff in Midas Hotel & Casino. To return for sure.

Booked a reservation here with my gf since we have a dinner date in MoA which is near the hotel. Staffs are very friendly and they even helped me out with my dinner reservation. I will totally recommend this place.
