We were looking for possible places to have a staycation and decided to call Hilton to inquire hoping to give this a try since we have a 20% OFF voucher being an Indulge member at Maxims. Unfortunately after inquiring, the lady I spoke to told me that since we are a family of 4 ( 3 adults and 1 child ) turns we need to book 2 rooms! the 4 of us can not stay in one room, even the executive suite! Which is quite a shock, really 2 rooms for 4 persons? Unlike other hotels we stayed, allowed 4 of us in a room. Hilton is not a family friendly hotel at all! Lady I spoke with was also not that helpful to be honest.
My awesome, unforgettable Hilton Honor's Experience. One of the best hotel experience me and my family had experienced. We loved it and hoping we could get some more promo. We highly recommended and shared our experience to our friends and relatives.
The room is very clean and very spacious with clean linens and cozy feel. But what I love the most is the bathroom. I love how the toilet bowl, the shower are and the bath tub are situated where it is not cramped up. I also love the toiletries because the hotel is using Crabtree and Evelyn brand. It makes it so luxurious!
It was my cousin’s birthday,1st month of my Niece and my uncle’s 63rd birthday.. It was indeed a very special day for us, we really enjoyed the overall experience. Thank you Neil (HK) for being attentive and helpful. Definitely will come back.
Very modern and clean hotel. Attractive bar and restaurants. The pool is beautiful. Could really be a 5-star. Executive lounge is one of the best I've experienced. The staff is THE best I've experienced.
Great experience close to the airport. Staff was wonderful. Ordered a glass of wine that started turning bad and the bartender replaced without hesitation from a new bottle. Pool could have been vacuumed a little better but still a very nice pool
We had a rough night due to cancelled flights but Hilton opened their doors and received many passengers very early in the morning. The night manager (sorry wasn’t able to get his name) handled and lead his team really well eventhough most of us were awfully tired, temperamental and impatient. The front office staff were calmly sorting us out and one by one patiently gave us our keys to our rooms. This by far is the most memorable one for me that makes this hotel worth recommending. - rooms were large, pillows are just the way i like , not too soft, not hard - theres separate shower, tub and toilet - buffet breakfast spread had many choices; dinner buffet as well; F&B staff were also warm and friendly. Will definitely come back and stay few more nights.
Stayed for one night at this Hilton property and the executive room we were given was very spacious and everything was brand new!The buffet breakfast had so many choices and Hilton Manila has the best concept for Pilipino breakfast experience! The best part was the Taho and the warm Pandesal with coconut jam! The executive lounge had a great variety of canapés, drinks and the lounge team always attentive with our needs. Juliah at front desk did a perfect check in, thank you again for the great service. Will surely stay at this Hilton property again!
Stayed at Hilton Manila! Enjoyed my stay! great staff, lovely building, huge parking, modern security bit too much for security but I'll take it as alright. Also delicious cuisine at breakfast also lovely sweets as well. Special shout out to Mr.Lloyd De Guzman for providing an exceptional service at the executive lounge. Very accomodating and helpful, attentive also doing extra mile for the guest. I dunno if it's just for me or he does it to other guest too. But other than that he's amazing. Thanks and Regards Cristy
