The hotel isn't the greatest but the warm friendly staff will make you feel very welcomed. I would indeed stay here again

highly reccomended for everyone! excellent services!

My visa seeking fiancee, which this place sees a LOT of, wouldn't allow me (in the U.S.) to pay for early check in over the phone with the same card used to book my fiancee's stay. So, my fiancee, and her son, had to wait 7 HOURS till they could check on. "Cash only" they told her. Fck you, Casa Bocobo

good breakfast, great service, friendly staff, hard to beat for price!

The hotel is clean and quiet. For the westerner it has heated showers and free breakfast included with the room rate. 5 minutes by taxi to the embassy and walking distance from st. Luke's medical. Good value for the price.

The stay at the Casa Bocobo was really good. The staff was wonderful and went out of the way to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel is starting to show its age and a lot of wear is showing in the bathrooms and in room sink.

Its good value for the money. good location. nice breakfast, friendly staff. Clean room. recommend for anyone who looks for a few night stay.

Wow, what a great location. Located about 5 minutes walking distance from the United Nations station on line 1, there are many different fast food restaurants littering the surrounding area. Aside from the convenience of being near the train station, this hotel is located directly south of Intramuros, or the old town of manila which holds many of the famous landmakrs and attractions including Fort Santiago, St. Agustin Church, and other venerable sites. For the inside of the hotel, the staff was very helpful arranging an airport pickup and they were very nice and accommodating as well. However, if you've got a more typical American body figure (size 34 waist, larger derriere, and around 6 feet give or take 2 inches), don't expect so sit on the toilet. Your left leg will be blocked by the shower and you'll be forced to sit sideways! Other than that, really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this location to any traveler.

The only problem was the room wasn't dark enough due to the the light coming in through the thin window curtain, and the the clerk who took me to my room didn't explain things very well as to how to work the door lock card and the air conditioner remote, etc. He was in to big of a hurry so I had to figure things out on my own. My first visit was more enjoyable mainly because I had time to rest and relax.

First off the location of this hotel is the red light district! Compared to other hotels around this area this one is clean. All staff members are super nice. Breakfast qulity is below average. Wifi sucks, real bad, so make sure to buy your own hotspot when you get here. The surrounding area is very noisy and just as dirty and smelly, which of course the hotel has no control over. All in all it was a good experience.

good staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, will stay there again
