bad service at check in. We were told that other room we had booked first was finished 2-3 hours after we checked in. so we were many people inside a very tangled room. Because we could only get into one of the two rooms we had booked. the rooms were bad. when we got the other room after a couple of hours, there was mold all over the bathroom, and the bathroom smelled of sewage. We asked for a new room Because of the mold. The reception told us that they Can clean it all. But we insist to get an other room Because we been waiting for a long time. Reception told us that they cant get us an other room. So they try to clean the bathroom, But still a lot of mold. the view is nothing to brag about! The view is next to another building which is close to the hotel. so those who worked at the other building could look in.

"the family that's happy together stays together" , no place like home - because of the room amenities were all provided such as kitchen utencils, refrigarator electric kettle etc. , i can say that the hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and accomodating. my kids love and enjoy the pool. and i'll already recommend exchange regency to my family and friends since the 1st visit

Was greatly impressed on this Hotel. Initially stayed for 1night ended up staying longer.Booked a 2Bedroom suite for 3 adults and 2kids for 19 nights. when my son & family flew back home I moved to a smaller room for 3nights. All Staff Receptionists, Bell Boys,Security,Housekeeping & Maintenance were polite, friendly & efficient. Love the safety/decency of the location. Philippine Stock Exchange Centre is just across. Megamall is walking distance but we preferred to take the Grab which was so cheap. Convenience store is next to the Hotel corner of Meralco Ave.The Amenities were good.Have recommended this Hotel to friends going to Manila soon. Will surely book this Hotel again on our plan return next year.

Of all the hotels I’ve stayed in the metro, all over the country and outside the country, The Exchange Regency Residences was the worse. The front desk officer was not helpful at all (Unfortunately, I was not able to get the name). The girl that attended to me chatted with her colleagues instead of processing my check in. Aside from being unfriendly, she attended to other guests first who arrived later than me. I’ve waited for more than an hour before I was able to get in my pre-booked room. Moreover, the lady smirked when I only used an online booking platform to get the room (when she told me that the reservation was not in their systems yet). That was the second time I stayed in that hotel (I had a better experience the first time that’s why I came back) but with this, I will never book a room in this hotel anymore. Getting room services were also very inconvenient. I had to follow up every requests (tissue, laundry bag and to attend to the clogged lavatory) before they were addressed. To The Exchange Regency Residences, never again!!

It's OK, but feels like it hasn't been renovated for 20 years! The reception area is bright & new, but the rooms old & tired. Rooms are small, with elderly innefective & noisy aircon. You need to get up early to get hot water before it runs out. To be fair, it is budget, but I regretted not using GoHotels which have much nicer rooms. Having said all that, the service was excellent.

Used this hotel for the first time. Not overly impressed although it was good value and the staff very nice. The room was a bit "tired" but quite spacious. The breakfast which was included wasn't very nice , not much choice plus the staff had to be told to replace missing food - like bread, butter and jam.

Our stay at The Exchange Regency Hotel was great, upon arrival our front desk gave a warm welcome. The room is cozy for overnight stayers, facilities were great! Overall stay was great! will definitely be back soon. Thank you to the staff of The Exchange Regency especially the front desk staff who made our stay relaxing and comfortable.

This is my 2nd time with this hotel and this time I booked 3 rooms for my family and I was kinda disappointed that they don't have a family room so we can just stay in 1 room. In terms of location, not so good since you need to take a taxi to go around the nearest Mall and MRT/Bus Station. The rooms were okay but lacks something. What is good is their Pool. It is located on 5th or 6th floor, (i quite don't remember) and they have sauna as well. Overall, what you pay is what you get for their cheap room rates so don't expect too much.

At the heart of the city. Easy basement parking too. We didnt try the food or cafe. Pool was under maintenance but the jacuzzi was ok. Small play area for kids was A+. Easy check in/out. We were on the 10th flr if i remember correctly but was still hearing much of the city noise. I guess it's expected but it could be better.

My partner and I flew to the Philippines for a short break and we booked the above Hotel, for three days. I so wish i had booked another room. The desk asked for 3000 Pesos deposit, and we had to really raid our wallets to find the money as we had just landed. We were shown the room and were amazed at how basic and bad the room looked. The toilet door closed against your leg as it was so small. There were no toiletries, and the room was stale. The bed was totally awful, as the springs were coming out through the mattress. In the morning we went to change the room, as the noise from construction across the road at 5am was terrible. We then asked for breakfast and were told we had to go out of the Hotel to cafe around the block with our vouchers. The food was gross and stale and was cold. We had a weak coffee and left. We booked a driver and a car for the next day, and i was told 2100 pesos for the day. On returning to the front desk, the price had increased to 2900. I asked why....they said it had changed. A total rip off. This Hotel was very very poor and i would rate it at 1/2star at very best. I would avoid this Poor Hotel at all costs.
