The Room Attendant Are very kind and friendly and attend what we need immediately with A pleasant & good vibe smile. the ambiance was very relaxing, clean and fresh. I WILL SURELY GO BACK AND LOOK FOR THE FRIENDLY ROOM ATTENDANT :) KEEP IT UP. KUDOS!

Stayed in this hotel for one night recently. We booked through online for a deluxe queen but directed to a standard twin upon check in. When i call reception informed me that they will send HK to join the beds. I rejected and ask for what i book for and offered a room change after 15 mins. Staff is friendly and average pool facilities. No In room dining offered but there are amount of restaurants and deliveries available around. Front Desk will offer you the details upon checking in. Sometimes had to wait 10 mins for the elevator as its 41 stories building. After all average place for a night parking.

It needs renovation! The room they gave us was too old and outdated. When we entered in our room for the first day, it was a bit dusty and it smells like cigarettes! The desk in our room has a lot of scratches and even the chair! They needed to change to a new ones. I won't consider this hotel as a 4 star but 3! When i decided to check the pool on the 3rd floor, it was really dirty! Are you really considering this hotel as a 4 star? The staffs are okay, friendly but not too friendly. And, when i booked this hotel, it says in our room, it has a refrigerator, coffee maker, slippers, but when i got into my room, NONE of those provided! Because as far as i know, i booked my room in expedia DELUXE PREMIUM not DELUXE CLASSIC. I didn't complain about this issue at the reception, because i was too tired on that day.

Elevator traffic: Slow at times Room: comfortable bed; has some basic tea and coffee making facilities; has a cabinet and ironing equipment; internet was rather slow Convenience store: there's one on the ground floor just outside the lobby Location: across from the BENPRESS office and stock exchange; easy to get a taxi or UBER/GRAB

i don't know if the towels are white or gray...our room had a broken is not programmed...what I hate most is we have 1 guest but they didn't allow him to eat with us for breakfast coz they only have exact food intended for hotel occupants only. Surely I would not recommend this hotel...

It's absolutely dirty and poor service hotel. Do not book this hotel. It's old and many things are broken and very dirty rooms. The check in counter service are poor. I don't really recommend anyone staying this hotel. BAD BAD BAD

Glad to have availed of our stay thru a discount website....because I will not pay their publish rate for the kind of stay, service and amenities they offer. No wonder they often have different promos. But to be fair, I will have to consider at least one positive point... >location - near malls Negative >POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. (1)In my email exchange with them, I received multiple emails to answer 2 simple questions. The reservation officer somehow gave me wrong info (so she had to send another email to correct it, at least) and then another reservation officer replied to my email anew. Seems they need a better system for email management. (2) Three weeks prior to our stay, I requested for a room at the highest floor possible and was assured this request will be prioritized, alas, it wasn't accommodated, to think, we already even paid for our extended stay until 6pm. Simple requests make or break a repeat customer, IMHO. (3) The lobby/counter staff seem at lost when hubby requested for another key card. She couldn't figure it out and she didn't even advise us to sit down while waiting while trying to fix it. Her name was Ynah. She informed us that the key card will just be delivered to our room but it never did. Yet again another poor basic customer service. The same thing when we came back after dinner to follow up on the 2nd key card, the girl (sorry no name tag worn), she had to tell us "But Sir, you need to give us back the 2 cards upon check out." WT? Really, our eyes widen in disbelief! It was funny and unnecessary to be told I just assured hubby that maybe they have their reason for telling that. And also, out of the blue, she told us, "and Sir, you also requested to have an extended stay until 6pm." Excuse me, we have paid for it - not requested, to which, out of frustration for this girl, we just nodded and shook our heads. (4) Our request to make up the room was NOT done at all,we informed the reception of this request as early as 9AM, they even asked what time will we be out and be back (10-1pm) and nothing was cleaned! When we asked the housekeeping staff, he asked, "Mag extend po ba kayo?" WHOA!!! To this, hubby has lost his cool and I had to step in and calm him down. >"DYING" GAME ROOM - Why advertise and put it as a selling point when in reality, the hotel management has neglected it. Pool table has only 1 working stick. Console- I am not sure if it's even working because we had to go around it to check and there's nothing. >SUBSTANDARD ROOM - we stayed in 17T, a 2-bedroom "suite" as they cal it... chipped tiles in the kitchen, bathroom and living room, faulty faucet handle in the kitchen sink, loose door knob in the main bedroom, deficient kitchen utensils, our stay was for 4pax but they set up only a pair of plates and spoons/fork...hello??? Couch needs a replacement. I didn't sleep so well because for goodness sake, I couldn't understand how can they put blinds in the bedroom with gaps in the middle??? Thus street lights, billboard lights and other lights in the area still peep in the main bedroom. I DON'T GET IT! Verdict: I WILL NEVER EVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

This is a great place. The upper floors of a 40 stories tower, it offers good views on at least 3 sides. The room is not the biggest but it is well laid out and offers good value for money. The gym is good and the pool looks great when lit up at night.

My husband and I supposed to stay here for 4 nights but ended up staying only for 3 days. Upon check in, I noticed the room stinks and smell cigarettes and saw loads of 8 live cockroaches. This was totally disgusting and ruined our holiday. We complained to the hotel staff and transferred us to different room, but still a lot of problems weve encountered. First, the bed sheet had some red stains, the towels looks rags and old.The sink in the toilet is crap. When you open the water from the tap, it was loose thinking it will fall or youll feel scared to use it. Not only that when you brush your teeth, and wash your face, the sink easily got blocked, water could not properly flowing down. I reported this to maintenance and they went to our room to fix it but it didnt work, as the following day I washed my face again and my God the sink again was blocked. Next, when i took a shower, the shower head is also loose due to poor installation. Since shower tap was loose, so during shower, It fell and hit my head so bad and this made me decide to complain to staff and not to continue my stay. This shower head is dangerous and caused head injury to me. I complained to the hotel to give my money back but refunded only 2 nights which i found it totally rip off. They claiming this hotel is a 4 stars hotel, but theres a lot of things to improve. The hallway smells cigarettes, ive seen some mosquitoes too. The elevator takes ages to wait. You have to wait 5-10 minutes going up and down. I dont recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was not my preferred hotel but it was booked by our company for business trip so I have no choice. Im surprised that the hotel went from average to great, specially when it comes to location and most importantly its very quite and peaceful, I even overslept ( also situated near to some great place to hangout 😉) and since the location was very accessible I was able to get out and reach the meeting on time. I would definitely request for this place again.
