Chic PH Private Rooftop/Pool

It is a unique place. Two story penthouse, second floor has a full kitchen, large dining room, full bathroom, living room and a spacious bedroom with private terrace and beautiful view. On the second floor there is a large terrace with an outdoor living room and a 3 x 3 mts pool with a deck for sunbathing, this area is completely private. The view is spectacular as well as the location, it is 5 minutes from the ocean and 5 minutes from downtown. There is 100mbps fiber optic internet. It is fully equipped.

It is a two-story PH with completely private roof garden and pool for the exclusive use of the apartment and with private access.

The roof garden and pool on the second floor of the apartment are completely private. Additionally there is a common pool on the first floor that is shared with the rest of the 9 apartments.
