Good location. Front desk was pleasant. Very basic amenities and without a pool. The security personnel were more focused on policing us from having relatively low-key fun than ensuring the resort was secure from the outside. Take note of the condition of your room so they don't try and charge you for damages later on.
Everything was amazing! The staff was so friendly and accommodating to everything we needed. It is a beautiful property!

We left, took a loss, and got a room elsewhere. The online pictures are VERY misleading. Booked the Horizon suite and it was tiny tiny tiny. Many things we overlooked due to Hurricane Grace having just past through the day before such as beach condition etc. I have never left a negative review in my life, but could not believe how misrepresented this property is online. This was an anniversary gift from me to my wife and it was a HUGE let town to be so deceived.
The hotel is a great option as the location is perfect in the hotel zone. Ppl that have written bad reviews on this place don't exactly know what Tulum is and the vibe of the hotel. The hotel is not all-inclusive so they won't cater to your every need. However, the staff is beyond helpful, friendful, and professional. We were greeted with welcome drinks along with the hotel providing a complimentary breakfast every morning during our stay. The hotel is small so it's easy for the staff to assist. The garden room was just as described and expected; however, there was not a TV in the room. We did not mind this for it's nice to disconnect and actually be outside and enjoy the Tulum vibes. Extremely satisfied with the hotel and again a wonderful stay. Thank you :)
First of all have to say that the staff was outstanding!! Very very nice. The beach was amazing as well as food at the hotel. A part form that everything was wrong. The bed was over uncimfortable. The room is not well equipped. Not enough light in the shower or venity All looks nice but not really functional. As the room was all the time full of sand form the beach. More carpets would have helped especially next to the bed before you get in - in order to not get all the sand from flor In the bed. It was nice But the room didn’t have value for the price :(
Peaceful setting, beautiful beach, delicious food and incredible staff
If you don't need internet or a lot of space, this is ideal. The room we had is 10 steps from the water, very comfortable and beautiful. The service is outstanding. The only negatives are terrible internet and not much storage space in the room.
