"The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was always very friendly. We found the food offerings to be pretty disappointing compared to other 4-5 star hotels we've stayed at. The TVs had limited channels and were not smart TVs. I’d say this was a lower end 4 star hotel. "

Restaurants booking has to be done way ahead of the time ( 10 days) Before the check out we had to get our luggage inside of the room and we were locked outside ( the bracelets didn't work) We had to call security to unlock and almost lost the transport to airport.
