Great place to relax and enjoy

Upon arrival everything seemed fine. Then we got our room and my day got ruined. As soon as we open the door it smelled like paint then we went to see the bathroom and noticed the most disgusting smell coming from the shower. It was so strong my kids couldn’t stand it. We went 3 times to ask for a change of room seem like they were not listening until my husband got super upset and told them we were not going to spend 5 night in that room. After 2 hours they finally gave us a better room. We were very upset that whole day but had to get over it we payed a lot of money to be upset. Restaurants were ok just had to wait about 2 hrs for a table. The pools were nice until you noticed that last pool full of filth from the top 2 pools. No AC in the elevator, lobby, restaurants, or common areas only in a couple places. Not what i expected but made the best out of it.

This place is superb. The activities staff (Jorge, in particular) keep you engaged and grooving. The Camp Club (for kids) has an amazing staff (Ms. Gabriela is an All-Star) that made the experience for my 9-yr-old one to remember. The drinks are plentiful, the restaurants are great (Casa Madre is by far the best, and yet always the least crowded?!), and everything from check-in to check out is 5 stars. If you manage to snag a Spa appointment with Angelica, you're in for one of the most relaxing experiences of your life. There's an adults-only area/bar for those travelling withOUT kids, so it's really a resort for all travellers.

This is a very quiet and elegant place. It VERY small, so if you’re wanting variety for your day or view… this is not the place to go. Just 1 big pool and a small beach and One main restaurant. But everything was awesome if that’s what you’re wanting.

Wonderful resort, amazing staff. Overall the resort was very clean, and well maintained. Would stay here again, but upgrade to the Serenity package to enjoy all the resorts amenities.

The best service and great food options.

Service was excellent. Please be prepared to tip all helpful staff, they were really amazing! Drinks were a bit disappointing and most of the food was good.
