One stop shop for our entire stay. Very comfortable.

No beach access but it was not an issue at all. Biking to the beach was great

My boyfriend and I just spent a fantastic 6 days at Kore in Tulum. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. The resort itself was always clean and house keeping was wonderful as well. The only complaint (that my boyfriend cared for- not me) was that our hot tub appeared a little dirty when we first got to our room. Our AC broke one night when we returned back to the room and maintenance came in less than 5 minutes and fixed it promptly. When they were unsure if it was able to be fixed- they offered us another room- however it did end up getting fixed within 10 minutes and the room cooled down immediately. Other than that everything was amazing. Food was also VERY good. Exceeded my expectations. There are a decent amount of vegetarian options (not a vegetarian- just thought it was nice they had many options). Would definitely return if I every stayed in Tulum again. Location was perfect for us- right in the center of the "hip, trendy" beach area and the more "rugged" town area. We ate dinner on the beach strip every night and ventured into town for some real tacos another day. Lots of rental bikes- we rode to the Tulum ruins one day, and it's about a 20 minute ride into the beach area by bike which we also did most days because there is so much to see and AMAZING food options. Also taxis everywhere, always felt safe. 5 stars for Kore Tulum!

Check in at this property was a bit of a mess for us so maybe it’s an isolated incident. I went with a friend and we booked a 2-bed ocean view room. They assumed because we were a boy and a girl that we wanted 1-king size bed. Unfortunately we didn’t and we had to switch to a garden view room for the night and then switch to the ocean view room the day after. Our room had a really old school TV that was often staticy and skipped a lot. The remote didn’t work half the time and the AC panel was falling apart so it was difficult to change the AC setting. In between the beds the switch was falling out the wall and there was loose wires everywhere. An entire outlet was just sitting on the floor with exposed wires. Our room eventually got ants in it and the jacuzzi outside was dirty on arrival (though there is a sign saying to be mindful in using it because it takes a while to fill up). Why have it and have me pay extra and then ask me not to use it? The food is okay. The buffet changes daily but the food was hit or miss, mostly pretty blah and generic and often not cooked well or old. You can also order from the menu or room service which we found to be better food. Every time we ordered room service though they brought the wrong food. On one situation at the main restaurant they took our order and we sat there for 30-minutes waiting for no food to come out before just eating the buffet. The staff was very nice and friendly but often seem scattered and unorganized.

Location was very nice , but smaller than thought! Entertainment at night was strange a little out dated, on Saturday- Wish there was beach access- Pool bar opens late in the day and closes early that’s strange - More vegetarian meals

The property itself is in a great location. The waitstaff was great. However the check in front desk staff was some of the worst i have ever experienced. Especially the girl Yasaray no energy, no thoughtfulness, no nothing. As far as the all inclusive what Orbitz and Kore Hotel promote is false advertising. Buyer beware. The premium liquor well it was hidden and when you asked for it they ssid it was an up charge. Champagne was an up charge. These are all good things to know when choosing a place to stay. All in all we had a great time but if your expectating top service this is not where you want to go.

The hotel is quiet and beautiful. It's the perfect getaway for a relaxing vacation. The views from the hotel pool and the beach beds is incredible. The pool is clean, well kept, and big. The hotel offers transportation to the nearby beach, which was beautiful. The food at the hotel was great too! We stuck to Mexican cuisine and it was fresh and great. The staff was beyond friendly and super helpful always. We got a couple's massage at the spa and it was one of the most relaxing experiences. Loved this place!

kore was an amazing low key small all inclusive place to stay...name brand booze was plentiful and Celia delivered them to you with a smile..infused tequila bar was set up daily and we tried all flavors..all food from buffet and off the menu were very good and we tried it all...are room was huge and was cleaned daily...the resorts pools and cabana huts were clean ...the Kores grounds were beautiful...it was a very relaxing stay and we will for sure be back and i will recocomend the Kore to others...only complaint was when we went to the beach the Kore is assoiciated with we thought the food and drink would be free but you only get a small discount...the beach was very nice though!!

Thoroughly pleased with our stay. Large rooms & bathrooms, hot water with pressure, friendly staff, PHENOMENAL food. Each night is a different cuisine in the upstairs restaurant or you can choose buffet style downstairs. I’m vegetarian and there were tons of options for me. I even taught the chef how to make avocado toast for breakfast. Sergio in the lounge bar makes an awesome margarita on the rocks. The staff decorated our toom with a huge towel cake & several balloons for my fiancé’s 30th birthday. There is no beach here, however Playa paraiso is 5 min away but I highly recommend spending the day at Ziggy Beach or Casa Malca. Beaches & water is beautiful here. There are free bikes to rent to take into town, hammocks oceanside, daybeds to lounge in & a nice pool. Highly recommend this place!!

the worst food ever. It was so disgusting even the breakfast. No flavor and even sodas were flat. Staff was so nice and amazing. Owner should do better with food selections and taste. We killed a baby roach at the upper restaurant on our table.

If you are looking to get away from the crowds and just relax then this is the place for you. First class accommodations and staff from check-in to check-out. Granted, we were there in the off season, but it felt like we were the only people at the resort. My highest Orbitz rating ever.

The staff was phenomenal, the location was beautiful, the rooms were well kept, and everything you would need was available to you anytime.

Had an awesome weekend getaway for my boyfriend’s birthday! They even had our room covered with balloons upon arrival which totally made us feel welcome and ready to celebrate! Staff was very friendly and hospitable and the resort is beautiful tucked away on the edge of the water for really awesome views! Thank you Kore Tulum!

Everything was excellent! Impeccable facilities! The hotel staff was the nicest we’ve encountered from any where we’ve stayed and we’ve stayed in many places from around the world! This is a 10/10!
