The staff and service was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and nice and always on top of things. When we’d leave for excursions we’d come back to a clean room and personal touches like a heart on the bed or little desserts to snack on. Everything was really clean and the location is nice as it’s close to downtown and the beach. The food is not bad but it isn’t excellent all the time it really just depends on what you get and when you get it as the dinner menu rotates it’s theme every night and sometimes it’s delicious and other times it’s ok but it is not horrible like others say, just ok. The drinks are delicious and loaded! The atmosphere is nice but it would be nicer to have some form of entertainment, there really isn’t much except some wellness classes like yoga or water aerobics. This is a really great place to stay if you don’t plan on just being at the resort the whole time as there is so much to do around and the excursions sold on site are great. However if you need a place to stay and relax and be at all day and be entertained this might not be it depending on what you’re looking for out of your experience. Overall our experience was very pleasant and I would recommend it to my friends and family. The staff really was top notch!

I like the food they are generally decent and good. However I did not like the misleading advertisements include COVID testing onsite (not true) we had to go outside of the resort searching for Covid testing. Also has one restaurant not like the resort listed on their website.

OK so the actual hotel is absolutely gorgeous and it’s kept very neatly however you should know that there’s no access to the beach on the actual property furthermore the food is not so great even worse they served us raw steak not once but twice they also got nasty with us as if it was our fault part of the problem is none of them speak any English which station fix that we also had a power outage while we were there took them seven hours to repair on the other hand room service was really fast And it was nice that you’re able to use both the pool and the gym during the Covid you also can play volleyball and work out in the pool and there’s a girl that does yoga I got a massage at the spa it was probably one of the best massage ever gotten my life and very affordable so all in all I wanna say this hotel is 4 stars.Just a tip if you go see the ruins by the hotel do not listen to the man who will try and sell you a ticket for 70 bucks to skip the line and go on the boat we didn’t skip any line there was no one online LOL we got ripped off another thing if you’re going to do snorkeling how are you doing go to the Paradiso beach and book it directly there we only paid $30 a person which was a big difference compared to the hotels company wanting 120 LOL

I didn’t like that we could not use the beach. Room was dated and not clean. Jacuzzi was dirty.

Centrally located between the village, public beaches, and ruins. Free on-site parking. Free bicycle rental. COVID-19 temperature screening. Free daily morning yoga/stretching session. All inclusive option includes all meals, room service, alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks. Main pool has a swim up bar. 4 small jacuzzi near main pool. Cabañas available away from the pool area. Daily afternoon water aerobics and volleyball in the pool. No direct access to beach - recommend to take free bicycle to Playa Paraíso - 10min bike ride. Food menu is the same for breakfast and lunch. Dinner menu varies daily. Menu is a la carte - no buffet aside from mini cereal boxes, yogurt and fruit. No top shelf liquor. Spa available at additional cost. Every Saturday night there is performance by the pool. Free Wifi available in Galería Bar which extends to the pool area and some rooms. Room has a king size bed, TV, mini fridge with soda and water, jacuzzi, double sink, closet, safe, standing shower. Overall great hotel! Would def return.

The place was very secure and fun food is not all that. Unlimited drink boy oh boy...

Overall it's a nice resort other then cold shower and the misquotes in my bed every night I really have no complaints

Upon our arrival to the resort there was no electricity for a hour , the room had bugs and water was cold when showering . I WOULDNT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ‼️‼️

I had no power, no service(or WiFi), no water all weekend...they lied and said it was the whole town...they gave the ppl in the resort a bucket of water to wash with. Horrible

The facility looked old. The food was not great and the AC was not working. It finally did six hours after we checked in.

Decent size room.. It was my fiancé’s birthday Management set up balloons and a happy birthday theme in the room.. Food was not so good.

Great experience!!! Highly recommended!! Everyone was so polite from waiters to personnel at the spa. Waiters were paying attention to every little detail and need you had, making you feel so welcomed and important. Villa where I stayed and the resort were clean. Very good food and drinks. I was very pleased and happy I stayed here. Thank you all for the great service.

Beautiful property, amazing views and food. Friendly staff.

We really enjoyed the restaurants, the food and the staff. Also the property is a quiet haven from the large number of people visiting Tulum. It is only a 15 minute bike ride to the Tulum ruins.
