Good, not great, place for a family vacation. The building was tired (elevator not working) and the unit was sub par. Dining was mediocre at best.

The grounds were very nice. They kept the area clean and beautiful. The one problem we had was that the electronic locks to our door were not working properly and we couldn't get in.

The food was a 3/5 The hotel put us in a older room. My daughters stayed in the epic penthouse suite and so many things went wrong. - water came in through the screen doors and flooded the room, AC stopped working and when they fixed it left a mess, transportation issues, no hot water. Did not like that the main pool beach was so far away from our room and had to take a shuttle there and back. We would rate this hotel a 1/5

Beautiful resort with great amenities. The room was very clean but the ceiling fan was insanely loud (we couldn't use it). Kid zone was a big hit with my daughter; the crew kept her entertained for hours. Getting a reservation for a restaurant was impossible. So we just went in early, as soon as the dinner started, and got into all the places easily. Sushi place was amazing (although be careful what you order; what they call "sushi" is what we call a poke bowl. Make sure to bring swimming goggles from home, or be prepared to pay an outrageous price at the shop (5 times the cost). Some of the negatives for us were the lack of loungers by the pool. And I would not necessarily blame the resort, but the guests. Witnessed guests arriving early and putting down towels to hold the spot all day. They would come and go as they please but never move the towel so they don't lose their lounger :(. Also, the teen pool activities were great(lots of fun) but some of the crew dancing was not for kids or young teens. I had to close my daughter's eyes when the young men were shaking their private parts.

Property is large and has many pools. Grounds are nicely kept up. Rather secluded at this property, food is ok not great, they are experiencing lots of shortage like everywhere else so I want to extend some grace.

Check in: We selected this property because it said early check in available- we were arriving early morning. We were able to check in and get out wristbands to enjoy the resort while we waited for our room to be ready. Check in is at 3pm- our room wasn’t ready until 3:20. The room: clean and spacious. There was a mini bar & coffee maker. We had the deluxe room and the bathrooms are very strange. The shower & toilet have frosted glass doors and the bathroom area is just open, not much privacy. We thought this was so strange, luckily I was with my best friend so we are comfy with each other. Staff: they were all very sweet and helpful. No complaints, they make this resort very welcoming and can tell they work hard. Security: for the most part we felt very safe on the resort, security kept a close eye on who was entering and leaving. We did have an issue with returning to our room one day & the security door & our room door WAS COMPLETELY OPEN! This had us worried through the whole trip. Nothing was taken thank god but it was very strange. Food: many great options, we are vegan/vegetarian and it was a little tough but every place had SOMETHING and they all did their best to accommodate. Thai was our favorite!!!! The drinks were good & plenty of areas to get a drink. Beach: there was a lot seaweed but we were so pleased to see the resort scooping it out daily. Lots of activities to enjoy! Would stay again in a different room. Good resort!

I love wildlife, and this place has a lot to offer. It was very clean, very safe and the measures to protect people from the virus were not intrusive.

Overall place was beautiful and very family friendly . We loved all the animals we got to see from peps the pig to so many monkeys and coatis! Our 10 month old absolutely loved all the pools ! Many restaurants that had good food that had plently of options. Only complaints were that room service wasn’t the best and seemed to be a constant battle to get them to clean our rooms, not many employees spoke good English making it hard to understand, and lastly the mix they used in their fruity drinks was not good.

What I liked: Food was awesome, if you wanted healthy you got it? Lizzards was the first restaurant that we went to and I was amazed and so on. Resort was clean and well kept. Night life was nice, loved that it was in random spots outside of the lobby or next to the restaurants and people just hung around like a family. Loved the fact that there were stands with tacos and burgers. What I didn't like: they gave us 2 queen beds, seriously? I'm here with my husband, I don't want to sleep miles apart from him, they pushed the beds together and only 5 days later gave us a king bed, also waited for hours to get a new room. The beach was rocky, lots of seaweed and even though the guys cleaned the beach, still wasn't enough.

It was a vacation trip with friends, we stayed for a total of 5 nights. Airport transfer: 30-45 min from the airport. On time and courteous driver Check-in process: Quick and easy, you also have a concierge Covid prec: Plenty of sanitizer stations all over the resort, staff wears mask properly at all times, there's a disinfectant mats for footwear upon entering restaurants. Guests: Masks are required to enter restaurants and when going around the buffet but optional when outside Food: We tried most of the restaurants and I would say Arrezo (Italian) and Koh Thai (Thai) were the must-try ones. Breakfast buffet was okay, could be better, not much choices to our liking (on our 4th day, we were sorta tired of eating the same thing). Covid most likely contributed to this as well. Room service was great, we actually used it a lot. Amenities: Spa is a must try! t was the highlight of our stay. Free COVID testing if you stayed at least 4 nights. Room: We got the 2 bedroom penthouse, spacious and beautiful rooms with balcony. Fridge was supplied with water and beers, for an all-inclusive though, I wish they also had non-alcoholic choices on the fridge ( I asked them and they don't). There's a pool next to our building which was nice, it doesn't get crowded since only the guests staying in the vicinity uses it. The only downside is that we're a little far from the beach. The jet tub was a little dirty when we got there as well

Great stay. We had water leaking in our room for the last days of our trip. They’d never fix it, just come wipe it up. It would flood our whole kitchen and living room area. The restaurants were great and staff was friendly. If you’re opting for the paid Bali beds by the pool, the service is slow. They serve the chairs more often and those are free. If you’re coming as a family, the pools aren’t heated. There’s one heated pool but it’s for adults only. And the pools are very cold.

To far from anything. Had to stay at resort. All food was closed by 10 and nothing else open.. except for room service that had a fee
