We stayed here for 4 nights. The beds were so comfortable and very clean room. Love the roof top and service was amazing everywhere we went. It gets noisy at night time but it’s not that bad. We had no problem going to bed early when tired. We loved our stay and will come back! Thank you!
Hotel itself is pretty good, however if you intend to have a good night sleep. That’s impossible, hotel is located in the middle of the party, noise everywhere especially between 1 am to 5 am.

Great room;) Couldn't use the workout room unless you had a reservation, but no times slots ever matched when i wanted to work out. Spend lots of money at the day pool, Alesia. It is beautiful, but you had to ask 5 people for the same thing everytime you wanted a drink. Very inefficient. Their hookah never worked. And, despite the pool being first come, first serve, my things were moved when i went down to lunch. I had to relocate. It was not a kind thing to fo
I have stayed at The Thompson 8-10 times over the past 5 years. Check in/out always easy, the food a really good, and the pool service is fantastic. Rooms are very nice with comfortable beds. The hotel location is perfect. Just a short walk to the beach.
Nice hotel a lot of artsy things around the property. Good music at pool but definitely not a heated pool, would’ve been nicer if pool had been bigger and maybe if there was a hot tub. I didn’t like that in the rooms there wasn’t much privacy when it came to using the washroom. Even with all doors closed you could still see someone using the bathroom and/or showering
We didn’t get keys until a day and a half after we checked in. The staff themselves seemed to be unsure about the check in process
This property is perfection! The location is amazing, right in the middle of everything. Everything is clean, modern and welcoming from the moment you enter. The staff is very polite and welcoming as well. Beds are very comfortable, with good quality linens. I would recommend bringing ear plugs if you are a light sleeper though, as there are several loud clubs nearby. The only two things we were disappointed in were the CATCH restaurant, and the beach property. The food at CATCH was terrible, and when it was brought to the waiters attention that the crab pasta smelled so rancid it was inedible, he was quite rude about it and did nothing to even attempt to make it right. The waiter at the beach property was also incredibly rude to us while we were there. All in all though, I very highly recommend the property. We had an amazing time, and will definitely be back.

Ideally located in the heart of the village. Excellent value in amenities, services, choices and rates. Luxurious. Quiet. Great vibe. Can't recommend it enough!

This has been one of the best hotel stays in my life. The staff really, really goes above and beyond here. Special thanks to Roberto Carlos, Rafael (bell man), and everyone at the lobby and front doors. You all make leaving the Thompson so difficult! The beach, rooftop pool and room were incredible and so was our stay. Gracias!

The staff was always so courteous and went out of there way every single time we ever needed anything. The beach house staff and property was also amazing as we went there daily to swim in the ocean and have some drinks. The room was so nice and comfortable and they do turn down service as well which was really nice with a little treat they leave for you each evening. Amazing hotel experience- highly recommend and we will be back!
