We had a good time but there was times that i couldn't get a glass of champagne or a mojito. Most of the staff was friendly but the bartenders sometimes were too busy cleaning an hour before close at 6pm and wouldn't make me anything that involved a blender. Drinks were good but they also ran out of ingredients "conveniently" all the time

Nice hotel. Nothing extraordinary but just fine for us. A little far from downtown, but I loved the privacy and the service. We only had one waiter who was a little rude at Tierra’s restaurant, but everyone else was very friendly and helpful, especially Deiby, he was very friendly and always ready to help us out since the moment we arrived. Aneury was also fantastic every time we went to the Italian restaurant. No complaints on the facilities. We enjoyed our time there. The beach was great too. I recommend taking the bus if you want to explore the downtown area. It’s safe and cheaper than taxis or Uber. All in all, we had a pleasant vacation at Sunscape Coco.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an all-inclusive resort in Punta Cana, and I must say that the staff, consisting of both Dominicans and Haitians, truly stood out as the highlight of my vacation. Their warmth, friendliness, and exceptional hospitality made my stay unforgettable. Although the property itself was undeniably beautiful, it was evident that the management prioritized profit over guest satisfaction. This was evident in the limited staff available, which resulted in some of the restaurants on the property being closed at times. While this may have caused slight inconvenience and longer wait times, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that guests were still well taken care of. The extraordinary hospitality displayed by the staff compensated for the resort's frugal management approach. They made every effort to maximize efficiency and make guests feel welcome, despite the limitations imposed on them. Their dedication and commitment to ensuring a memorable experience truly impressed me. Overall, while the resort may have had its shortcomings in terms of management decisions, the exceptional service and genuine warmth exhibited by the Dominican and Haitian staff made my stay truly remarkable. Their efforts to overcome any obstacles and provide an unforgettable experience were commendable. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a memorable vacation with a touch of genuine Dominican and Haitian hospitality.

Liked that we didn’t have to wait long in line to get in a restaurant or buffet. The food at the Asian restaurant was really good, buffet wasn’t the greatest especially on the family side. The appearance of it was horrible, not appealing at all. The beach was ok, the water was dirty. The staff was super nice

First time at this priority. Stayed in the adults only portion of the resort. Very quiet and spacious. The elevator was out the whole time we were there (6 days) so they need to work on that and the food at the buffets need some updating. Felt like the same food everyday. Would be great if they offered food themed nights like other resorts do. Overall very happy with the staff, service and cleanliness of the resort.

The staff especially Cassandra who walks at the bar closet to the beach was amazing. The sercuity guard who greeted me and was always on duty as well was very professional. I unfortunately did not get his name however he stands at attention at the main gate before entering the hotel. He was very professional and polite. The hotel however was very misleading and what was all inclusive the food other than Dan Mario was cold.

Esta en remodelación, pero el personal es muy atento. Disfrutamos nuestra estadía, el salon de adolescente esta muy bueno para ellos. Deberían preparar un area similar para adultos con billar y mesas de hockey.

just went here for vacation! awesome location with multiple restaurants, activities and they did a show every night . pools are great and the staff was super nice! My only complaint was he hotel room only because we had issues with our toilet flushing but other than that it was grand, exquisite and awesome atmosphere .
