Cocroaches in the bathroom .bed bugs and ,centerpids ....are evrewhere .food is so so .

Something needs to be done to the room it smelled like there was a lot of humidity in the room. The beds were really old, they had a lot of dirt in the bed frame. They need to update the beds. The amenities were great. The only thing that was disappointing was the room and they had other rooms available I don’t know why they gave us that room that smelled like it wasn’t used for a while. The buffet food was delicious. I would rate it 3.8 stars because of the room.

Group of 8, all with swim up rooms at the family side. Got to lobby, no welcome drinks, no one welcomed us. Just stood in line and waited. Got to the room, very disappointed. Room smelled moldy, was dirty and when I opened door to swim up, it was gross. Pool was extremely cloudy, dirty, cups floating in the water, diapers near the water and used beer cans. Looked as if they never cleaned. So upset n disappointed, I went and complained for the group. Told them we would leave if not taken care of. Met Braudilio from Guest Services. He was amazing and told me he would help us to make sure we were happy. We were told to give them a few hours. We arrived at 330pm, only thing open was burger shack. Place was disgusting and food was really bad. We changed and went to the big pool and enjoyed our time. Went back to lobby and Braudilio informed us we were getting upgraded to adult only side. What a difference. Rooms were still smelly but we dealt with it. Throughout the trip, Braudilio kept checking with us, got us restaurant reservations, tours, and was very helpful. At Market Place met Yeico Sanchez. He took care of us for breakfast and lunch every day. He was amazing, always smiling, took very good care of us. Yeico will be a friend for a very long time. Excellent service. Wish hotel had 10 of him. At the poolside bar was David and Angel. They were great. The drinks were amazing, went out of their way to make sure we had coconut water and passion fruit juice for our drinks. Thanks

The room was dirty

Old and it doesn’t make me to come back… Front desk people are rude and change the location of my room in the last minute. I lost my flight so that means I lost one day of the hotel and They didnt give me any options to recovered my time. Unpleasant

Fake adults only and fake all inclusive. Slow internet, only rail liquors... Old furniture in the rooms, no USB outlets. Too many issues...

The resort was empty to where they only had 1restaurant open. The food was terrible. No entertainment. Rooms smell of mildew. The toilet seat was very loose and they didn’t supply face towels. You can tell it was a older resort. Wouldn’t recommend.

El personal del buffet excelente, muy amable y servicial a pesar del poco personal con el que tienen. No me gusto la comida, siempre lo mismo. Para reservar en los restaurante nunca tienen disponibilidad siempre le dan prioridad a los extranjeros.

Even that we explain , my wife and me we both are on special circumstances or limited movement, we get a room so far out ! Feel very unsafe with the front desk employees, one guy name Garcia even took pictures of celular, when I ask for his supervisor he said is in lunch , and they security people very unprofessional,. I have a video of the way they treat us.

Everything is outdated. The sheets were dirty. The buffet food was horrible. Cold and not enjoyable. The steakhouse restaurant was good.

I liked the fact my check in was super smooth and got VIP treatment because I booked through Orbitz.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Reasons why... - No running water - No hot water - Broken toilets/phones - Watered down liquor - Bad service - 24/7 Solicitation from vendors allowed in the resort and on the beach - Not relaxing environment (very "ratchet") The best part of our trip was Manuel our butler. Other than that, this place is absolutely horrible.

Lots of different pools, that was great! Also the buffet was amazing, did not eat at any restaurants once, buffet selections were amazing! Smoked salmon, oysters, cheeses, meats, rabbit stew, sushi and all the carbs plus salads and fresh baked breads! Dehlish!!!
