The room we received had water leaking from the shower. They sent someone to fixed it but the room was filled with a chemical smell from the repair. We werent able to stay in there. The tub was dirty and we did not receive any soap, shampoo or lotion. The following day when we received soap etc. They didnt leave towel and wash cloths and the tub was not cleaned. We also had to bring our own bags from our room to the lobby because the wait time was over 30mins resulting in our taxi having to leave us. We had to ask for water when dining, await utensils for long periods of time. The food needssss improvement and most serving staff are not attentive to the needs of guest. We got cold soup, and as such we asked if it could be warmed, we waited 20mins before receiving the food, I had to ask for the soup only to receive another bowl of cold soup. We left the hotel a day before check out time. I am happy the new management team is working to improve the experience at this hotel.
