The only thing they have good service is in the restaurant server service are good the hotel rooms are filed by roch dirty sheet and bad smells the worst customer service in the luby and also we have the worst tour in beachs by the local travel agency providid by the hotel it's a scam my overall stay is the worst ever!

Food selection, and the ability to make restaurants reservations. Room accommodations and room availability, unclean out dated rooms, beach area not kept, nor cleaned up. Accommodations were horrible, we left the property four days early and are seeking a refund for the unused days. We have proof of check out and complaint letter

I think some of the staff was very rude. Especially behind the bar at the main lobby bar. You stand there and they just ignore you.

Staff was very attentive made you feel as if you were home had a great time here.. must try the steak house there the manager Rosa Nelly Rivas really made us feel like we were family most loving person there!!!!!

We just returned from one week at the Be Live resort, Punta Cana. We had so much fun! The resort itself was beautiful. However, the staff is horrible; taking a really long time to serve someone, barely speak English, and are super rude. There are several restaurants but not much to choose from, all the food are the same. Also, we came on Monday and wanted to reserve a restaurant for the next day, but they said there was no space in any of the restaurants until Thursday. Totally ridiculous. Every issue we had we had to call the manager. Also, we booked a room with an ocean view but the agent said that all the rooms by the oceans are taken. I will not recommend this resort to anyone.

The beach was not suitable for swimming (water is not clean). The staff friendly but not too professional. The food was horrible (everything tasted the same). I will never go back to this resort

Loved all the pools. The room need upkeeps. The food option were ok.

Worst vacation I ever had ! After arrival at the airport in Punta Cana no shuttle service, so i have to take a cab for $30. After arrival at the hotel i've got an old room, where the closet doorout of the angle. That was fixed at the next day. Between my building and the building on the other side there was a pool. The whole day until late in the night was it unbearably loud and noisy. My question for another room was declined. The matress was old and hard. After the first two nights i let them know about backpain and they promised me to change that. Nothing happend in the 2 weeks ! After arrival I've got an inventation for a dinner of one the five restaurants. That was nice. But after the dinner i have to pay $26 for a wine. That was not included, but i would be nice when i was told so. The beach has not enoug shadow places, but very clean. At my last day I asked for a shuttle service, but i have to take a taxi also for $30. Very bad experiences, because the package was expensice enough !
