Great customer service
I’d use jet blue whenever possible!
Delta is the best airline.
The crew was great. So attentive and helpful!
Cross country domestic flight with complimentary food and in flight entertainment. Delta is setting the standard.
I had to get my seat assignment from the gate staff, after a bit of a wait. But in the end the row I was in and the row in front of me were comparatively empty - 4 or 5 in 9 seats, but everyone further back was packed in. Seems like they just wait and wait in the hopes someone will pay to be one of the first off, so the few are doubly priviledged with space and an early exit.
A gem hiding in plain sight fir so long - very pleased with Alaska Air
Really superior to any other flight I have taken. I will remember.
For a approx 6hr flight something other than water should be offered. As for the the water that was offered, bottled water is better
I paid for extra space and was put in a seat that didn't recline
Our seats were changed the day of, which wouldn’t have been a problem if just adults were traveling. However we were traveling overnight with a 2 and 4 year old. We spoke to multiple jet blue staff who were rude and dismissed our request to have a child sit next to each parent. We were also yelled at on the plane for taking too long installing a car seat, though we asked to pre-board and were also denied this request. I’m not picky, but this plane was dirty. I do not recommend this airline if flying with kids or others with special needs, or if seat assignments/plane cleanliness are important to you.
